The service was really bad... I fell asleep until 1pm, the room was banged really hard + I was cursed at by the cleaning service, threatened to force it open + I was told to pay a fine... As soon as I left the room, the cleaning service looked at me from top to bottom while glaring and grumbling... Then I was forced to pay 100 thousand for damage to a telephone that I didn't know anything about. The real problem is that I want to be fined for late check out because it's my fault that I overslept, but I really don't accept being accused of damaging my phone for 100 thousand & being cursed at by the cleaning service (he claims his name is Hendrik, I'm also not clear between Hendrik, Hendrik, or Endrik, who is clearly a short person , has a mustache, close-cropped hair, black skin, and he challenged Sy, saying his house was near Griyo Avi)..Please Griyo Avi respond to this, especially since I'm a woman, not a man, how come the cleaning service challenged me... Until I left the hotel area, the cleaning service didn't have any good etiquette to apologize or whatever, even the security apologized... One stay here is enough. , the AC wasn't cold, I was treated badly + I was forced to compensate for damage I didn't do... That's really bad... Oh yes, I was forced to pay 100 thousand because my ID card was confiscated by the cleaning service, I'm too lazy to bother because I have to go home quickly for business... I won't be going back to stay there, but as soon as possible I will go back to meet Griyo Avi to complain about the rude attitude & words of Griyo Avi's cleaning service towards me...

The hotel isn't too problematic, it's dirty but according to the price. But the service was very bad at dawn, I was about to pay suddenly the price was increased, 1 room was said to accommodate 2 people even though there were 3 beds, so I ordered 2 rooms. When paying, a note is given on handwritten paper, so it's not clear.

Cheap hotel in West Surabaya. The rooms and bathrooms could be cleaner, the sheets and towels look dirty but are actually quite clean and smell good. However, the facilities can be said to be quite OK, complete with air conditioner, warm water for bathing and quite strong. Also provided are 2 bottles of mineral water in the room. Suitable if you live alone, less suitable if you live with your family. What stands out most here is its location in West Surabaya.
