The staff are very nice and give good advice. Clean room, near many restaurants. The view from the swimming pool level is very beautiful. There's a lot of breakfast. Definitely coming again.

I don't know how this hotel rated as 4 star, old room, old furniture, no sound proof in windows, not that expected clean, I advise to check for another option in same rate ring.

Our experience is five young people. We took a room with three beds and a room with two beds. Excellent service and there is a sink. The price for the service and cleanliness is excellent. I will advise you on it.

I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately had a negative experience. This guy was rude and unhelpful, even to my wife which significantly impacted my stay. Additionally, the room had a terrible, unpleasant odor that made it very uncomfortable. Overall, the service and room conditions were not up to standard.Guy on reception He threatened me when i given review in hotel that he will not refund my deposit so I deleted my old review there and given this.Go search for better option than this. Don’t go for good reviews here.

Many items were broken (kettle, toilet seat, shower doors). The rooms were disgusting, zero cleanliness and the worst of all were the staff, especially the night receptionist. The night receptionist did not help at all, instead he was rude and told all the other staff clearly not to help us. He also threatened to hold our deposit, and to call the police if we were to write any negative comments about him. To top it all up, he even said if we write any reviews he won't let us enter Thailand again.You will get sick physically from the dirty hotel and mentally by the staff.

Bad service and rude staff with a serious attitude issue. The rooms weren’t clean, the security guy tried to be sassy but was just plain arrogant, but the receptionist was the worst of all. When we wrote a bad review on google while still in the hotel, the receptionist threatened to call the police unless we delete it and also said he won’t refund our deposit if we don’t take it down. And to add more amusement, the dude says that if we write a bad review later, he will ban us from Thailand cause he has all our details lollllWe had a bathroom plumbing issue early in the morning and when we asked to fix it, he said he doesn’t have staff and he wouldn’t even give us another room. The receptionist is just seeking to create drama, he isn’t interested in being hospitable or help create good experiences. If you want your mood ruined, come here
