Thank you very much for the super delicious Westphalian onion meat! Top!We were also happy about the medallions with three different sauces, the Schnitzel Gourmet and the Schnitzel Holsteiner Art.It was nice to have a good home-style meal again.I don't have any photos... unfortunately...

We went there for dinner on Thursday and it was just great. The atmosphere is rustic, cozy and stylish. The staff is extremely friendly and understanding. Thanks for the nice evening and see you soon

We stayed at the Hotel Borchert with our group (27 people) for breakfast and dinner.Everything was perfect. The breakfast and dinner were super delicious.The dinner process was also perfect.The service team is always attentive and helpful. I ate a schnitzel that didn't taste good, more like it was warmed up and fried. I had to wait 20 minutes until I could pay at the counter because the ladies felt it was more important to wash glasses than to just cash in on me.

I had dinner at Borchert's restaurant.There is also the option to book a room, rent a bowling alley or simply have a drink at the bar.Four of us were there on a Saturday evening.Tip: Reservations are helpful, or you can call to see if a table is available at short notice.Conclusion:The selection of drinks and food is varied, the food was delicious and the service was friendly.Extra requests were met in a friendly manner and everything went well in terms of time.
