The guesthouse is nicely located, the rooms are fine. Unfortunately, not all rooms have their own bathroom as described, but rather across the hallway. This is stated incorrectly in the booking description. Nevertheless, rooms with shared bathrooms cost the same as rooms with private bathrooms. Apart from that, the relationship between price and performance is not correct at all.When we arrived, the front door was open and there was a large tent disco next door. When checking out we pointed out that under these circumstances the three of us slept in the only room with an integrated bathroom. We were reprimanded very rudely, a conversation was not possible and no insight was shown. We now turn to Booking.com.

Unfortunately one of the rooms we booked was missing a bathroom. It wasn't stated that way and we wouldn't have booked that way either.The entrance door was wide open when we arrived at around 10 p.m. You'll be happy with the house in a secluded location and a big party next door. Laundry carts in the entrance area didn't exactly invite you to enter.The owner was extremely unfriendly and wouldn't let anyone talk to him. Overall, not a nice stay.

The website should be updated. You don't get breakfast there, you have to go to a hotel in Warendorf. The guesthouse is very noisy. We booked there for one night and couldn't sleep. Doors were slammed and people talked loudly until late into the night.The house is lonely on a street. The bathroom is very small. The only plus point was that it was relatively clean. The 85 euros we paid is disproportionate. We won't be spending the night there anymore.

It's a shame that there isn't a real café. I was there at a neighbor's party. Really beautifully renovated. Unfortunately I can't say anything about the rooms.

After the first impression of an abandoned house, the inside turned out to be a gem! Everything was lovingly renovated and beautifully decorated. The rooms are equipped with new inventory and state-of-the-art bathrooms.We would definitely go there again and also secure a room at the “Zum Butterpatt” guesthouse ☺
