Although the rooms were renovated, there was a lack of precision and cleanliness. Even at breakfast they could have made the effort to put out more than one type of sugary chocolate pops without much effort.If it had been cheaper it would have been ok. But we paid €107 per night for a double room.Unfortunately the price-performance ratio is not right

So I won't come back again for that money. 85€ for a room that is smaller than a prison cell, no toilet paper even after the second day, the sink hardly drains at all, just like the drain in the shower. When I unplugged the heater in the bathroom, the entire socket came out of the wall. Room 5 isn't even worth €30 for me.

Our hotel was canceled shortly before the start of our vacation (1 week). The actions of the hotel staff are beyond any commercial basis. The reason was an overbooking, an error in the system, which is why the hotel staff argued that they were not to blame.It's just very sad how potential customers are treated. I can only advise against this hotel due to the unscrupulous treatment of future guests. Very very sad.

We already booked the hotel on April 23rd, 2024 for a trip from September 5th to September 8th, 2024. I received written confirmation immediately.Suddenly I received an email on August 27th, 2024 saying that you had to cancel our room due to overbooking. Neither an alternative nor anything else was offered, so you suddenly found yourself without a hotel a week before the start of your vacation. Furthermore, my messages were no longer replied to.Unfortunately, I absolutely cannot recommend it and I will definitely never book the hotel again.

We (2 adults in a double room) spontaneously booked this hotel for 3 nights due to a “failed” booking via FeWo-direkt. A very friendly phone call with the hotelier, who promptly confirmed our booking request. We were given a newly renovated room.We spent the evening program comfortably in the guest room. The breakfast was completely sufficient and had a balanced price-performance ratio. Excellent location: directly not far from the Westphalia NRW State Stud and the Ems outdoor swimming pool. We spontaneously booked a room for one night. The gentleman was friendly both on the phone and in person. On arrival everything important was shown and explained. Sat at the bar for a drink and had a good conversation. The room is comfortable, we slept very well. The bathroom is modernly equipped. The breakfast buffet has everything you need.A friendly family business.

Very nice hotel, courteous staff. The innkeeper was also very accommodating when it came to personal problems. Everything is great.The location is a little outside, but still within easy walking distance of the city center.The hotel is recommended.

If you are looking for a simple overnight accommodation without any frills and with a fair price-performance ratio, you have come to the right place.I slept here for one night with my son (15) - rooms are simple but very clean - super friendly staff - price-performance ratio is completely fine

Mega fluffy beds and pillows and towels! Glitter and aroma everywhere! Space and fresh air! The aroma of bed sheets and towels! Magical breakfast and reception) Reserve tea and everything for it on the table on the third floor! Fire! Only we got salt in bags)))) tea - a great assortment, they just over-salted it 😘🥰🥳 thank you for everything and a wonderful cheerful mood to everyone❕ We forgot our photo there..... We would like to return it by mail!

The heating and hot water were defective. It got really cold in the room and there was only a 10 euro discount as compensation. The breakfast was very simple and there was no fruit juice and no coffee until 9am. The only plus point are the well-equipped and modern rooms. However, the joy was limited because it was simply too cold without heating.

Room seems renovated but unclean with lots of stains on the walls. No shampoo or soap but a towel. Breakfast very clear and around 7.45. Low standard and poor price-performance ratio.

+Rooms are spacious, seem renovated, beds are clean, large fruit basket in the breakfast room is always accessible, enough parking spaces, breakfast is okay.- Curtains, windows/roller shutters need cleaning.- Sat - The beds were neither made nor towels changed (according to the phone owner: "That's usual on Sundays").- WiFi does not work in the room or the breakfast room- No wardrobe in the room nor hooks only 3 wire hangers in the closet- No soap or shower lotion in the bathroom- No elevator- No staff in the house from midday- We were not satisfied with the price performance.
