The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are equipped with a modern bathroom and a small kitchenette.The hotel is equipped with a green carpet that needs to be removed and replaced with PVC or something similar. However, it fits perfectly with the “Flowers” concept. The breakfast was sufficient. There was a little bit of everything.The location of the hotel is very central near the train station from where you can reach the old town and the city harbor on foot. However, as we know from other train stations, there are homeless people and drug addicts who didn't bother us and only stayed there during the day. We are two middle-aged women and felt safe there.

The room we booked had water damage. We were treated very courteously and were rebooked into another hotel (with an upgrade). I can't say anything about the flowers hotel itself, but the service from the staff was excellent.

Incredibly loud! The party goes on here all night long. I'm here on business and couldn't choose the hotel. I definitely won't come here again voluntarily.

Nice hotel. Employees all very friendly. Located in a somewhat dodgy area. However, close to the train station. Rooms are large and furnished almost like an apartment. With a small kitchen, spacious, new bathroom and toilet (separate).Nice terrace. Breakfast ok, nothing more and nothing less. Fun idea with the flowers

Very centrally located, everything within walking distance. Yes, the corner is not the most beautiful in Münster. But you don't have to be afraid. There is a very good Italian restaurant around the corner, great value for money.The rooms are okay, the carpet really needs to be removed. Very stained, even in the hallway. Would we check in here again? Rather not.

What should be highlighted is the central location right next to the train station and the still quiet room.The somewhat shabby furnishings were less nice: stained carpet, limescale residue and small mold spots in the bathroom, scratches on the walls,...In addition, regardless of the cycling city of Münster, there was no possibility of storing a bicycle in or at the hotel.

First the positive: It's close to the train station, short walk to town center, reasonably comfortable bed.Not so positive: The green shag carpet is ugly, the check-in time is rather late, and the check-out time is relatively early.The truly negative: There was a plumbing problem in the bathroom. Either the trap on the shower drain was not functioning properly or was non-existent, so sewer gases were filling the bathroom. It was a very disgusting odor. Since there is no management present in the evenings, we dealt with it by covering the drain with a wet towel. No apology at check-out.

If you aren't familiar with the area around the Muenster train station this hotel can be somewhat difficult to find. The hotel was very clean and our room was spacious. The only problem was the hot water heater vibrated quite loudly. …

Location conveniently located if you don't mind the general noise from the train station. You know that beforehand. Check in quick and friendly. Room size okay, but unfortunately my bathroom wasn't particularly clean. Immediately after checking in, I went back to reception and complained, but unfortunately I only got the answer that there was no cleaner there anymore. So cleaned it yourself. That doesn't work at all. I deliberately didn't eat breakfast there either.

The carpet... please replace it, it's just unhygienic. Everything else wasn't as it should be either. The beds and toilet were clean. The shower had a lot of water stains and the refrigerator was unfortunately not clean. The location, yes within walking distance of the city center, but also at the No. 1 drug hub in Münster. When the spoons are heated in the middle of the street in broad daylight, my tolerance ends.

Very nice large rooms. Breakfast was perfectly fine. The name of the hotel is reflected everywhere in the furnishings, which we found very nice. Staff super nice and helpful. The only thing, we are not fans of carpet in the rooms. It didn't look very nice in the hallway either, very stained.

I absolutely cannot recommend this hotel. All hallways and rooms are covered with a carpet that is supposed to simulate a meadow. When we opened the door to the room, we were met with a smell like a farm. The carpet was so dirty that you could plant and harvest potatoes. They even thought of little animals, not cows but silverfish. The breakfast was enough to fill you up but not more than that. Something positive, the good woman at the reception when checking in was very nice, which you can't say about the young one when checking out. Sorry, there were 9 of us in the hotel and everyone agreed that something like that wasn't possible.

My room was quite large, which made me very happy. The fact that ear protection was in the bathroom shocked me and I mentally prepared myself for a restless night. But luckily the earplugs were unnecessary. The design of the hotel takes some getting used to. I felt like I was in a kindergarten and the cleanliness of a kindergarten was a bit lacking. I had actually planned to sleep off after a very hard day at work, but this dream was shattered when house cipping burst into my room early in the morning. Very sad...

Very good location to the train station and city center, but be careful, there are a lot of addicts hanging around everywhere.Rooms and hotel: green carpet everywhere, sometimes super disgusting. The bathroom is musty because it has no window for ventilation and there is already mold on the silicone.Breakfast OK, nothing special.Room facing the street is very noisy, but the windows are closed, which is not possible because of the musty smell of the bathroom.I can only confirm my predecessors. Don't book room 306 or the hallway, it smells terrible. 0 stars for the room if it were possible. At least ear plugs are available.I've had better and cleaner city hotels.

There was already a musty smell in the hallway area on the 3rd floor, but the highlight was the 3-bed room we booked. The room smelled like a sewer, or rather like something I don't want to describe here. We later noticed that the carpet was damp over large areas. If cleaning was supposed to have been done beforehand, it wasn't successful, the stench was unbearable, the room was an impertinence and couldn't be rented!The overall impression, with carpet laid throughout the hotel, is also not positive and I will not book here again. Overall it is difficult to give one star, at least zero stars for the room.

Deep pile carpeting throughout the entire hotel - yuck! Smell in the hallway and in one of three booked rooms was almost unbearable. But: spacious rooms and good beds, friendly staff😊. Danger! The address in the legal notice does not correspond to the location of the hotel!
