We stayed in the “Glück auf” hotel. It was pleasant and clean. We were able to lock our bikes in a separate room. Friendly service and the breakfast was tasty and sufficient.

I used to stay there before, the owners were very unfriendly and almost all the employees were also unfriendly in the kebab shop! Never go again Hi.

This hotel offers modern, well-equipped rooms in the newly built part.It is not far to the city and the Atlantis leisure pool, which is within walking distance.

A disaster.. Rooms with mold, dirt and defective furnishings. The plaster is crumbling from the ceiling. I really thought I was in the wrong movie. I've only ever seen something like that on TV. So much mold and dirt in so little square meter. Kudos to the owners. I have no need for comfort but cleanliness is a given when offering beds. Instead you get mold on the pillowcases, on the walls, in the corners and dirt everywhere. Please don't do this to yourself. I was given a different room when I asked, but it was the same except for the missing plaster. I then got cleaning supplies from the supermarket around the corner and cleaned it myself. My husband and son should be coming soon. The breakfast was ridiculous. No right choice...the stomach got upset. A baker then helped us. I don't recommend this hotel to anyone.The owner should redo everything and hire proper cleaning staff or do it himself. I found it sickening.

The hotel apparently consists of the Glück Auf building (opposite side of the street and new) and the part of the building above the kebab shop (existing building and old). That's why there are a wide variety of images on the Internet.We stayed for one night in the part of the building above the kebab shop, we were invited to a wedding within walking distance.Check-in was easy and hassle-free. We were briefly explained how to get into the building with the chip even after 12 o'clock at night.Let's get to the room:- simply set up, as described, was ok- Only one of the two blinds worked, the other was broken and lying on the window sill- In the bathroom, more of a small wet room, inside, there was mold in the shower- Things like mirrors, lamps, fittings and toilet accessories were messed up rather than properly installed and not maintained.- You couldn't use the room safe because it was locked.- One of the two mattresses was much too hard- The duvets smelled very musty and were therefore unusable for sleeping. This was the case in all rooms, friends of ours had booked three more rooms. The blankets stank everywhere, and in some rooms the pillows too.- Our friends had a few other things broken, such as the bedside lamps, the brackets for the curtains, etc.- The WiFi is extremely slow and not really usable. Better than the EDGE coverage on site, but nothing more.- There was no smoke detector installed in any of the rooms. The lower parts were hanging on the ceiling, but the active devices with batteries were simply not there. In terms of fire protection, it's an absolute no-go and not wearable.You can check out until 11 a.m.Shortly after 9 a.m. there was a knock on the door. A lady from the cleaning service wanted to know if we were leaving today because she wanted to clean. We said yes and she immediately wanted to know “Now?”.Since we were still packing, we found this rather annoying.She carried out this procedure in all rooms.All in all, the €80 for one night and this supposed 3 star hotel was wasted. We should have chosen another hotel further away.We booked the hotel based on the many positive reviews and were therefore very shocked by the condition.

Very bad service, almost non-existent
