Rooms are spacious and modernly furnished. The only negative thing is the neighborhood. The location to the main train station is not a problem. The pressing room next door and the people who were there all day were rather unpleasant. Definitely recommended for a short stay

You were received very kindly. The elevator is only accessible via the reception entrance. The entrance you have to pass is right next to the stairs that go to the rooms. You cannot go through the reception, so you cannot use the elevator. We were on the 3rd floor, so we had to take the stairs to the room. That was just a thing. You could, when you arrive and leave, take your suitcases via the elevator.Parking in the garage...but you have to pay. We had one night's stay. We arrived on Friday at half past two and left on Saturday around half past ten and lost €18 in parking fees.It's a bit of a shame that you can't declare that or something. Breakfast was very good. Lots of choice of bread, rolls and so on... cost €15 per person. The environment; close to the station... you hear the trains. So if you like peace and quiet...You are in a street with many eateries. During the day (it was a weekend) a lot of people sit together there, it doesn't bother you. In other words, it is very normal in Münster for a horde of people to sit together.Nice hotel..neat..room was big enough for 3 people..it's a pity that the hotel is located in this street, because the hotel itself is well cared for...nothing to complain about!!

We received a very friendly welcome at the hotel. The room was simple but very clean. A typical bed and breakfast hotel. We booked breakfast for 15 euros per person per day. From scrambled eggs to many different types of muesli, dried fruits, fruit, yoghurt, rolls, sausage, cheese and drinks, everything was available. When we asked, we were given the tip to park in a P+R parking lot, which is about 2 km away (near the Bauhaus). The parking garage opposite would have cost 18 euros per day.Unfortunately the surroundings are not that nice. Junkies and homeless people are everywhere there. However, there is also a lot of security there. I come from a big city and am used to it, but the friend I was there with comes from a small rural town and it was a culture shock for her. It was very loud at night. Ear plugs are an advantage. A Rewe and Müller drugstore are right next door.The hotel is centrally located right next to the main train station.We had very nice weather over the 3 days and enjoyed going to one of the many restaurants with an outdoor area at the harbor in the evening. Overall, the hotel has a good price-performance ratio

Very friendly staff, the bed was very comfortable, the room was in the attic and had air conditioning. The bathroom is rather problematic for taller people due to the sloping roof and is a bit outdated. I didn't have breakfast and can't rate it. There is a parking garage directly opposite the hotel. The location at the train station is convenient.

We booked a double room here for one night and were given a very warm welcome. The room is also equipped with a TV and a desk.The beds not only look comfortable, but they are comfortable too. The bathroom was very clean and had enough towels and soap.The hotel is next to theTrain station and opposite a parking garage.I can't say anything about breakfast because we didn't book it due to time constraints.Access to the hotel with a key is possible at any time.We felt comfortable and would love to come back! :)

The room with the dog was nice and big and clean.The intermediate door to the hallway was great. So nothing was heard from there.We had a room facing the train station.If you like to have the window open, then it can be a bit annoying in the long run.However, it is quiet between 11 p.m. and 5 a.m.I wouldn't book the location as a woman alone. Due to its proximity to the train station, there are many drug addicts on the street.Of course the hotel can't do anything about it.There is a parking garage directly opposite with a daily rate of 18 euros.When we arrived the front door was locked. Also because of the situation described.The walking distance to everything was a dream!Thank you for everything.

By far the worst hotel experience of my life. The location is absolute horror, so it's better to get to your room before dark. A few meters away, drug addicts were lying on the sidewalk consuming (hard) drugs. The room is very spartan, the towel had discolored stains, as did the wallpaper around the pillow. I was very disgusted sleeping there. The bed was too small and the pillows gave me massive neck pain, so I had to take painkillers to get through the night. On TV, msn only received public channels, all of which said: "No CA module". I have already stayed in a few hotels at the main train station, but I have never been so dissatisfied. The only positive thing was the reception staff, who were very friendly.

At the tip of a friend, I stayed at this hotel for a few days for further trainingbooked. I had already been told beforehand that the situation was not particularly idyllic. However, the reality negatively exceeded my expectations...in the immediate vicinity of the train station (50 meters), nestled between the train station and the - let's say - hotspot of shady characters, there are always people nearby with whom I normally don't have personal contact. This creates a regular and unpleasant background noise, especially at night. Arguments and singing are the order of the night.The feeling of security still exists thanks to security, police presence and protection against unauthorized access.There is a supermarket and a drugstore a few meters away. This is definitely good and practical.Parking is available in the parking garage opposite at a preferential rate of €15.00 per day…depending on availability ;-)The single room itself was a pleasant size, an old bed that was too soft for me with two (great!) different pillows and a rickety closet. A desk with television and refrigerator, a chair, an - unfortunately stained - armchair with a leg stool and a neat wardrobe complete the picture.In the bathroom, the well-known deep shower trays with the beloved corner entry are the trump card. Unfortunately, the shower can only deliver one jet and cannot be adjusted.There is also air conditioning, although I didn't have it running.I thought it was nice that I was able to check in much earlier than planned and, according to the door sign, “feel safe thanks to good cleaning”.Breakfast is big tennis...with the downer that you have to ask what types of hot drinks are available. There are many things, but I couldn't find any reference to them anywhere. A person is probably a little overwhelmed in the morning when, in addition to preparing breakfast, they also have to check out.Atmosphere at breakfast was cozy, staff very friendly and helpful.A solid three out of five, if the environment doesn't bother you, you're in good hands here.

Rather inconspicuous from the outside, you are warmly welcomed into the hotel. We booked a double room for one night and received one that was wheelchair accessible. The room and bathroom are very spacious. Everything very neat and clean. The windows facing the train station hardly emit any noise into the room. We had a very quiet night. The short distance to the train station was our deciding factor when choosing a hotel. We can definitely recommend this hotel. If necessary, breakfast can be had for €12 (April 2024).

The hotel impressed us in every respect. The concept of inclusion really works here. All the people from reception to the breakfast staff to the cleaning staff were all very nice and helpful. On the occasion of my husband's birthday, candles were pulled out of the hat.The situation in the crisis district of Münster is the current reality and did not affect our stay.Many thanks to the entire team and good luck and continued success
