Ladies and GentlemenWe, the Lämmerspiel fruit and horticultural association, booked and went on a raft trip of approx. 2.5 hours for €23.50 on May 13, 2022 with 49 people.There was a bit of a hustle and bustle as those who hadn't ordered food had to sit on one side of the raft and those who had ordered food had to sit on the other side of the raft. There was no visible reason for this. After the raftsman briefly spoke about the raft construction, we set off. A very nice older gentleman with an accordion made very nice music and you could tell he lived his commitment to the music. Now the ordered white sausages were served first, then it was time for the approximately 20 people who ordered the “Franconian snack” to get up and put together their own “snack”. So far so good, a look at the “snack” on offer made me and the dinner guests shudder. On top of it lay the cheapest cold cuts "garnished" with pieces of cucumber, all for a mere €9.50. Additionally. Cucumbers were offered for €2.5 for three pieces. In the broadest definition, there can be no question of a Franconian snack. It still goes on. There were 2 Dixie toilets on the raft. These had probably not been used for a long time as the interior was covered in spiders. Finally, after about 1 hour 45 minutes, we arrived back shortly before the pier. When I intervened that the booked 2.5 hours had not yet been reached, the Flössers turned around several times so that we were able to "enjoy" it within a very short time and were able to marvel at the same bridge 3 times before we docked. Conclusion for us: We came to the conclusion that we were literally being ripped off. I hope that those who are responsible for this will look at the quality they deliver and draw the necessary conclusions from it. But as is the case in life, hope dies last. It's a shame because many guests will still travel to this beautiful area and will hopefully receive a better service. Our stars: 0
