Very nice hotel based on the principle of sustainability. Reuse and recycle is not just used for advertising but you feel it is really part of the philosophy. Very friendly staff. The sauna is stunning for the size of the place. I thoroughly enjoy my stay while in Erlangen.👍

Very nice and modern hotel. The service is fantastic and always smiling. The hotel's decor is very well done and with an emphasis on eco-friendliness. Vegan breakfast and snacks are available at reception.

Absolutely recommended! My stay here was simply great. I was really impressed by the entire concept, especially the many loving details that make the experience special.The covered bicycle parking spaces were very practical, and the charging stations for e-bikes and the e-charging stations for cars were a nice extra that I noticed positively.The roof terrace is a real highlight, and the spa area completely impressed me. Free herbal tea is offered in the lobby - a nice little gift.The staff was consistently friendly and very helpful. I particularly liked the creative pillow menu. My renewable hotel room was not only stylish and harmoniously designed, but the bed was also extremely comfortable - I slept wonderfully. Overall, it was a fantastic experience that I would recommend at any time!

I stayed at the Hotel Luise four times as a guest in September/October '24, after being extremely satisfied with my first stay in April. I can only say that all employees, be it at reception, breakfast or housekeeping, were without exception polite, committed, courteous and professional! Thank you very much! The hotel exudes a charm of its own and you will find thoughtful, small special features everywhere that are not only beautiful to look at, but also put a smile on your face. The rooms were always nice, well maintained and clean. The breakfast buffet shouldn't be forgotten at this point either, as everything was delicious and tasted even better in the lovingly and creatively furnished dining room. I really enjoyed my stay and definitely recommend the Hotel Luise. Thank you

We stayed in the hotel for 1 night because we had to go to the university clinic early for an examination. A great clean hotel, friendly staff, nice room. I found the roof terrace to be a highlight. I enjoyed my coffee there in peace. The breakfast was rich and delicious. Everything was there. The city center is not far away. We didn't use the spa area, but it's definitely great😊

Everything here is done with love and dedication.From the reception, which is always friendly, to the housekeeping, which keeps everything spotless, to the breakfast that would deserve its own long top review!Everything just fits. The fact that the hotel is a bit older is easily made up for by the creativity and attention with which everything is designed.Here you can feel at home.

A fantastic hotel: from the reception to the farewell, everything was actually perfect. We have rarely felt so comfortable in a hotel. The friendliness of ALL the employees is particularly noteworthy at this point. Thank you very much for that and we'll be happy to come back.

I do not recommend this place. The rooms are small. The breakfast is acceptable, although the choices are not rich. The personnel is unfriendly. They need a better training. Not a professional hotel to stay. The location is very good. Close to the center of the town.

We are always guests in this beautiful hotel because our daughter lives in Erlangen.Unfortunately we didn't feel very welcome at breakfast today, it was cleared away at 10 a.m. and as soon as we drank the last sip of coffee we were asked to leave!!This really hurt us today as our daughter passed her exams yesterday and we had breakfast together.It's a shame, but since we've already booked again for July, we're hoping for a warmer welcome.

We spent a weekend in Erlangen at the Hotel Luise. The service throughout the hotel is very attentive. Great breakfast with very good products. The city center can be easily reached on foot. We felt very comfortable and would love to come back. The hotel is brimming with great ideas throughout the hotel.
