The walkway up and down the accommodation for people staying in tents in the picture doesn't seem steep. But the real thing is very steep. From the eyes, I think it was about 50-60 degrees. A person in his late 20s, weighing 53, walked up naked and still panting. You don't have to think about having to carry your luggage up when you return.4. The room was not ready. We checked in at 6 p.m. The check-in staff informed us that the air conditioner and refrigerator would follow. Give a reason for bringing it to check. But according to the resort's rules, you must check out at noon. You still have 6 hours to finish??5. Grilled pork is served very slowly. The employee informed me that it was served at 6:30 p.m., but it still hadn't arrived at 7 p.m. I called and no one answered until I had to walk up to follow. Both hungry and tired, we found another tent that was also following Moo Krata. Found it as if it were the owner or someone who didn't know, it was a man who was already old. We asked about Moo Kratha and the resort's phone number. Why didn't anyone answer the phone? We called from 4 p.m. until now, and no one answers. The man replied: Oh, I must apologize. I must have been busy preparing the grilled pork. We are like this in our hearts. I've been busy preparing grilled pork since 4:00 a.m. and now it's past 7 p.m. and I haven't eaten yet. Awesome.6. Even though the grilled pork was served, I still couldn't eat it because the stove was broken. If you plug it in and turn on the switch, the stove will turn on but the lights in the tent will go out. If the stove goes out in the tent, staff will come and fix it for another half hour!!! Until I can eat7. Employees are not Thai. Can't speak English It's very difficult to communicate.8. We are staying with 3 people, but in the tent there are only 2 sets of pillows, bath towels, and blankets each. We have to ask for more even though when booking on the website, we already clicked to choose to add 1 person. Another thing is that the mattress is not suitable for sleeping 3 people at all because in the middle between the mattresses, 3 feet apart, there is a pole in the middle!!! Causing me to have to sleep with another person a lot. That is, it's supplemented like it wasn't supplemented. The tent is not suitable for sleeping. 3 people, but the resort still insists that it can accommodate 2-3 people.9. There is no light in front of the tent. Sitting and eating grilled pork or sitting is very dark. It's nice to have a tripod attached, but I have to turn on the flashlight on my phone while eating and sitting.10. Place food in front of the tent: grilled pork + Isaan sausage, totaling almost 10 sticks. The rice from 7-Eleven that I bought to support my stomach, when I woke up, it was all gone because the dog had eaten it. When checking in, we didn't see any dogs, only horses, so we thought the accommodation probably didn't have any dogs. (If you want to put it in the tent, it's already full. Both bags and clothes If you put food in the tent, the smell will disturb you.)11. Breakfast is very little and very slow. It seems like if any room comes, they will make it and then serve it. We do not understand the number of guests staying each day. How many rooms, how many people, the resort must already know. Why not prepare food to suit the number of people? Roughly prepared is not enough, so make more. Even though we went up to eat at 10 a.m. People who came later were left waiting for a table because the staff didn't come to clear the table. Pork porridge was less, emphasizing the water and not the meat. After eating the porridge, we had to wait a bit longer for the salad to be served. Until I finished eating the salad, the sausage and fried egg still hadn't arrived. Until we don't wait. It was a very frustrating way to eat breakfast.12. When checking out, if there aren't male employees to help with the baggage, it will be very tiring. We left a tip of 100 but still felt very sorry for the staff. Both walking up and down, serving food, and lifting things. We saw an ATV that should be used to help save energy and serve customers. So that employees can serve customers faster and more conveniently.All of this is the truth that we have come to stay and experience for ourselves.
