>> Location is on the side of the main road, so it's easy to see. From the front, it looks like an ordinary house, it doesn't look like an inn with 2 floors.>> The fence is always padlocked, so God willing, it's safe. If you come home late, you can press the bell on the wall inside the fence. The staff are still friendly and welcoming.>> When entering the lobby area: it looks clean, the lights are a bit dim, there is a living room, some reading such as newspapers/magazines/catalogs.>> When you enter the area on the 1st floor: you can see several rooms, a sofa like a living room, a common kitchen including a dining table and sink, a special kitchen for employees.>> When you go to the 2nd floor: you can see several rooms, a sofa like a living room, a common kitchen including a dining table and sink.>> Public kitchen: Fairly clean, functioning faucet, available plates/bowls/spoon, available dish soap/sponge, dispenser and gallon water.>> Several points have CCTV, on the 1st floor there are animals (birds in cages) and plants.>> Room (2nd floor): Normal room key, large wardrobe, basket for dirty clothes, trash can under the TV table and toilet, TV (not working), given 2 bottles of water (complimentary), AC (quite cold ), there are 3 sockets (in less visible places), toilet sink (2pcs hand soap provided), sitting toilet (toilet paper available), bath shower (hot/cold), 2 towels provided.>> There is a hole above the toilet, I'm afraid if there are mice, maybe it can be repaired.>> Coincidentally, when I put food/drink on the table, there were small red ants that quickly crawled into my food.>> Overall, the price of 150-200k in the Sby area is relatively cheap and you can get a fairly clean place and quite comfortable. Next, you can still repeat it here again.

The building is like an old house. The house of officials or rich people from ancient times. This is a guest house. The price per night is quite cheap. The place is clean, comfortable. The room is ok. Cold AC. The bathroom is ok. Hot and cold water is provided. The location is close to the Surabaya city government office. Near the city government mosque. Behind the guest house at night there are people selling catfish pecel and sticky rice. In the morning there are those selling meat soup and mixed rice. But a bit far from the crowds and far from the mart.

Cheap accommodation but cool quality, soft mattress, clean spacious bathroom, cold AC, tissue provided in the room + toilet. The best. There's one minus, there's no electric socket next to the mattress, there's only one connected to the TV socket & in the bathroom, but overall it's cool

Plus:- cleanliness is very well maintained. bed sheets, pillows, towels, cupboards, bathrooms are all clean. There are no stains whatsoever- strategic location- there is a shared sink for washing dishes/glasses/spoon/forks- there is a warm water dispenser- available 2 bottles of amdk, 2 towels, 2 soap, cold AC- QRIS QR code available for payment via e-wallet- large mattress size, looks like 200x200 or 180x200Cons:Minuses:- It's complicated when you want to go in and out of the hotel because the gate is always locked. To get in and out you have to ask an employee to open the lock.- the room is not soundproof at all- bathroom hot water is unstable- There is a tube TV but the remote doesn't have batteries

A strategic guest house next to Surabaya City Hall, calm, comfortable, clean, the staff is friendly, the rooms are spacious, the bathroom is also spacious. Close to the culinary area. Can check-in early before 2 pm.

The place is comfortable. Prices are quite affordable. My partner and I chose a double room on the second floor for four days. The AC works well, the bed and bathroom are clean and the electrical outlets work well. The staff are friendly and the service is very good. Even though it looks like a house from the outside, the inside is spacious. The location is strategic, not far from the Surabaya Mayor's Office, culinary places, banks and souvenir centers. Overall, the place is okay and recommended.

First come here. The location is strategic in the middle of the city, everywhere is close by... looking for food is easy.From the outside it doesn't look like a hotel because the fence is tightly closed with no writing on the fence. But when you enter a proper hotel... the place is comfortable, clean... the waiters are friendly... the rooms are clean, the sheets are clean.. the bathroom is also clean, there is hot water too... the atmosphere here is calm, there is also a dispenser and a dining room... there is a pantry but I don't think so. I asked if I could order food.With this price in the middle of the city it is very satisfying.

The guards are friendly and helpful. 24 hours.Got the price around 130 thousand, and got a room which I thought was very complete. AC, TV, Queen Bed+Slipcovers, Cupboard+Table, Bathroom+Warm Water, Soap+Shampoo, Trash can+Dirty clothes place, Towels.There is also a mini pantry (kitchen) that can be used. I don't know how to provide water & gas in the pantry.Suggestion: write the name of the inn on the front, because it won't be very visible if it's just a small patch on the fence.
