Rooms tidy, everything clean! Located in the Pulheim industrial area, unfortunately there is a company next to it with a lot of traffic on the farm. Otherwise everything was really great, I can recommend it.

Room was good, but the service or the receptionist was not. When I arrived I had to ring the bell to wake the lady up and she came out of her room sleepy and in a bad mood. It was 3:00 p.m. Communication was extremely difficult because she asked if you could speak English, yes - I can, but she didn't at all. The lady was rude and not at all happy about being woken up. The only thing that was worse was trying to get an invoice on the second day. This was the amount that I actually paid and not the amount that the hotel apparently received via the booking platform I used. I am often on business trips and therefore always need a correctly issued invoice. Every now and then there are a few difficulties, but this was a particularly negative experience. Oh well, there was no electricity on the second day either. But I refrained from asking reception what was going on. My cell phone was still fully charged, I wanted to leave early the next day anyway and I didn't feel like having another argument with the lady at reception. Maybe she turned off the power out of anger, I would actually put it past her, but I don't know.

We booked spontaneously late in the evening, it was explained to us that the reception would be open until 10 p.m., but that wasn't a problem at all because we immediately received a code via SMS with which we could arrive after 10 p.m. and get our room key could. The lady on the phone was super nice! About the rooms: Super clean, sterile, bathroom very modern and also very, very clean! Small, compact yet very comfortable! Plenty of parking spaces available! Overall, we are positively surprised, because for the price in Cologne, a hotel like this is TOP! We are used to the location as we come from the countryside and the morning quiet in the industrial area gave us a bit of familiar surroundings:) Highly recommended!!!

A really cheap, modern and very clean room. The double room has a kitchenette and a fan. There are enough utensils for cooking yourself. The view is so-so since it is in an industrial area but for city people it shouldn't be a problem. The hotel/apartment has its own parking space 80m away from the hotel/apartment. Otherwise it is very well insulated, the bathroom is spacious and, above all, it is quiet - you hardly notice anything of the industrial area. The only thing that bothered us is that the entire staff only speaks English.

The hotel is very well located and is very quiet and the staff was super friendly at check-in and even helped and the room was super big and even had its own fully equipped kitchen, the bathroom was super big, a very cool shower and the windows were soundproof so no noise From the outside, overall a really nice hotel ❤️ thanks for the help (even if you can only speak English)

Perfect place! I booked it mainly because of the access from the highway, but I was pleasantly surprised: warm interiors, modern design, very comfortable beds, silence in the district in the evening, but also great soundproofing of the windows, super comfortable modern rooms, great view from the balcony.A perfect and intimate place to relax while traveling. I recommend!

Nice, neat rooms with the necessary amenities. Only our room was on the sunny side, with a shutter and window open at 32 degrees. The room was way too hot and the fan couldn't handle that.

My stay at this self-check-in hotel was a breeze! The convenience of being able to check in on my own made the process quick and hassle-free. The room was clean, well-equipped, and had all the essentials I needed. The staff provided clear instructions, and I felt supported throughout my stay. We had booked a room based on the belt price and it was only important to us that the room was clean since we were invited to a wedding and weren't in the room much anyway. We were thrilled. There are single-family homes that do not have such a well-equipped and large bathroom. The room was small and functional. Unbeatable for the price. The only thing that isn't ideal is the location in the industrial area, but that didn't matter to us because we had to go to a wedding that was just around the corner. We really liked it! Thanks

Very modern and clean rooms. However, as is usual for workers' apartments, it is also correspondingly small. The location is in the middle of an industrial area. If you want to have breakfast, we recommend going to the nearby Bauhaus. The bakery opens at 7 a.m. Only English-speaking reception was possible at the reception, which wasn't a problem for us in particular (but it could definitely be a problem for some people)

New apartments. Cleanliness very good.Located in a commercial area. Unfortunately, parking is only on the street. WiFi reception is sometimes weak but free.Staff only spoke English.No elevatorVery narrow stairwell and hallways.Double room was big enough, but only one duvet for 2 people.

A new house in the commercial area. The small room was functional and very clean. The windows are soundproof and without air conditioning! Built-in wardrobe. Good connections to Cologne and the surrounding area. 5 stars from the location for business trips. Parking spaces in front of the house.
