There is complaining right from the start. A normal breakfast for 29 euros per person per day is over the mark, even if the ambience and service were without complaint. The room on the 2nd floor was also fine, clean and we slept well. The design was nothing to complain about, only the chest of drawers with the safe belonged in the basement and replaced with something sensible and beautiful. There are also only clothes hooks and no closet that is even remotely suitable. This goes on for 2 days, but then it's over. There wasn't much help with carrying our rags up. We didn't want to make use of the delicate lady at the reception. Putting it down and bringing it up would be the solution. The radiator in the bathroom and in the room was gurgling away (venting would be indicated) and even after we pointed this out. Well, we were under the roof, maybe that was the reason for the narrowness and the lack of “small” closet space. The location/quietness is great, pure romance. We'll try again.

Very nice, decelerated stay in a double room with an extra bed for our son. We were a bit torn between an enchanted castle with a great overall atmosphere and a lack of (usual) comfort. You can expect a lot of peace and quiet, lovingly furnished rooms, very friendly service staff, a welcome cocktail and a beautiful outdoor area. But you have to do without a wellness area, a minibar or hotel bar, gauze on the windows or a coffee machine. We were able to enjoy the hotel restaurant in the evening. However, for longer stays there are few alternatives within walking distance. The breakfast was very good.

Our stay in Radebeul in May was a real pleasure.The days we spent at Villa Sorgenfrei were simply unforgettable. The property is a true gem that impresses with its charm and elegance.The rooms are perfectly coordinated down to the smallest detail, and the harmonious color scheme contributes to a feeling of peace and security.The furnishings beautifully combine vintage elements with modern comforts, creating a unique and stylish atmosphere.A special highlight was the 10-course menu – a real treat for the senses. Each course was a small work of art that surprised with creativity and sophistication. An absolutely recommended place for a break!

I just wanted to inquire about the restaurant by phone - the woman at the reception was very unfriendly. Very frightening for the level of the hotel and what Internet picture wants to show. Very poor value for money. At +33 outside temperature no air conditioning. The only option is to open the windows and fight with mosquitoes. No suitcase bag. In the restaurant, tea was served instead of coffee. Overpriced!!! Despite the good location, not recommended.

Unbeatable!We were here for a larger private celebration (not to stay overnight in the hotel). After a champagne reception in the beautiful garden, we dined and celebrated until late into the night.The table was beautifully set and the food - many small courses - was delicious.Not to be outdone was the attentive, discreet and friendly staff. It can't be better in any TOP restaurant in the world (and I've visited a few of them).Thank you very much for the wonderful evening!

We were your guests for a wonderful wedding ceremony. The staff was very friendly and was able to fulfill all wishes. The hotel room was also perfect, everything had been thought of, even for the very little ones. The complex is beautiful and exudes a very special charm.

A stylishly designed hotel, beautiful grounds and a quiet location, lovingly decorated and what should be particularly highlighted is the extremely friendly and attentive staff. Everything is done here to ensure the guests' satisfaction. The breakfast was a 10 with stars. Unfortunately we couldn't due to time constraints There are reasons why we can't attend the dinner in the studio, but we'll definitely make up for it. We'll be happy to come back...

Really a hotel to feel good!All employees are real hosts. Great to experience something like that. We stayed in the hotel for three nights and went to the hotel restaurant to eat three times and the quality got better every time. Wow, name is omen. This is what you really get at Villa Sorgenfrei.The welcome is very warm, even when we arrive well before the usual check-in time. No problem, the luggage is brought to the room and we are greeted with a welcome drink. The room is a successful mix of history and modernity.We are totally thrilled.The cherry on the cake is the breakfast, even if I ignore the ambience of the restaurant.The food and service are excellent, there is a large selection of very well prepared things, right down to the house-made bread.
