Rooms and facilities OK and clean. The rest is a disaster, it stinks of urine and shit everywhere in the house, hallway and yard. There is no other way to say it. And there is also a rat problem in the yard and hallway. The Korean restaurant gives you the rest when the smells waft into the rooms, but you can't ventilate with the traffic noise. Absolutely disgusting, never again.

A friend and I stayed here one night for a concert at the Uber Arena.The “communication” and the technology worked wonderfully. Beyond that, no statement can be made about “service”.The apartment is located directly at the Washingtonstraße subway station and is therefore really ideal. You can easily reach everything around on foot or use the subway.Since the room we booked is in a back building, it is also relatively quiet. But you have to close the windows to do this.The room is equipped with everything you need for a stay in Berlin. Pots, dishes, wipes, coffee and tea, cleaning products and a washing machine are available. So you can certainly stay here for more than just one or two or three days.The question for me is where you have breakfast if you book it 😅 and how the apartments will be cleaned in the meantime if the stay lasts longer.

Great location, right next to the East Side Gallery and one of the most beautiful bridges in Berlin - Oberbaumbrücke. There is something magical about being here and being able to take a walk along the Berlin Wall almost every day. The parents were with dogs - they are accepted. And for Berlin, there are really places to go out with them, for example on the Spree.Perfect access to public transport - right next to it there is the Berlin Warschauer Straße S-Bahn station, right next to it there is a tram, although paradoxically the most convenient way to get to Unter den Linden is... by bus from the East Side Gallery. There is a shopping mall next to it - it is the most convenient place to do shopping, including groceries.The apartments are located in a historic, pre-war tenement house. The gate and cage itself are impressive. We spent a few days here over the holidays and everything worked out fine. From the kitchen window we had a view of the city services base - a dream for small and old fans of such vehicles.Contrary to appearances, it's quiet. You just have to get used to the company hanging out on Warschauer Straße in the evening, but if you don't party and come back early, you won't really notice it. Only once we were surprised by a damaged door from the staircase to the inner yard.

Rooms vere nicely decorated as it is other Numa appartments. Service was excellent.
Halls were extremely dissapointing, with very poor interior and smell from the kitchen on the ground floor. Sofa bed was also weird, so, for 1 couple it would have been great.

It is neat, clean and has good beds. The decor is a bit boring and simple, but sufficient. The location in relation to the sights is ideal. We took the bus a 5-minute walk away, which took you to Alexanderplarz in 20 minutes. The tram station is right opposite the apartment, so there is a lot of noise.We were at the front of the apartment complex with a Korean restaurant on one side and a hamburger joint and a (drink) night shop on the other. Both have a terrace that is open until two in the morning. The apartment is very poorly insulated, it looked like you had a window open. What a noise!! Trams passing by all night long, lots of sirens, cars and then the noise of the (drunk) people on the terrace. We had to sleep with earplugs, otherwise it would have been impossible!The apartment is not suitable for real cooking. There are two hotplates, which only work if you have both on. There is also a warning sign that states that the windows must be opened when cooking, otherwise the smoke alarm may go off. If the fire brigade has to come for a false alarm, you will receive a fine.If you rent something here, ask if you can sit on the non-street side. It's impossible to do at the front!

Do not book with NUMA!We made a reservation at NUMA three months in advance for a group trip involving 18 people. During our journey to Berlin, we received a call informing us that there was a technical issue with one of the rooms allocated for 6 people. Instead of offering a suitable alternative, they proposed moving them to a different room on the opposite side of Berlin, effectively splitting up our group. Consequently, these 6 individuals opted to book another Airbnb.While the room itself was acceptable, it didn't quite live up to the expectations set by the online images. The service provided was minimal, and there was a distinct lack of personalized attention. The location in Berlin is excellent, but it's advisable to have a backup plan when considering a stay here.

Don't book at NUMA, really poor service. We booked months in advance for a work trip with our whole team. At the day of arrival we got a call that there was a double booking/technical problem and there wasn't any space for 6 out of 21 team members anymore. During our travel we found out that more people in the reviews had experienced these problems and also even people we met who stayed in the apartments.Service is not really personal and the rooms look better on internet than they are in real life. Overall ok rooms. But be aware when you book, a backup plan is needed.

A great apartment in the suburbs of Berlin. Everything can be easily reached by tram, subway and S-Bahn. The service is good and modern. The apartments are adequately equipped. Two hotplates, a small pan and two pots are enough to cook some pasta. Otherwise, everything you need for life is in front of the apartment.Only the condition of the apartment could be improved for the price. Several broken lamps, a broken rain shower and thick down blankets in midsummer have spoiled the good impression and are absolutely unacceptable for the price.

We booked a 3 bedroomed self-contained apartment at the Numa Kater in the East Side Gallery part of Berlin. The apartment was brilliant! Fantastic base to explore, well decorated and kitted out with full kitchens and bathrooms - even a washing machine and dishwasher!Automatic check-in was brilliant and service and maintenance requests were prompt via WhatsApp messaging. On one night we had trouble getting in and they were responding to messages after midnight and sorted immediately.Cannot recommend enough for a family - perfect for exploring in comfort and very well priced. Will definitely be going again!
