Just found a hotel as cool as this. The place is hidden on a small street but the room facilities are really cool.Android TV in every room and Netflix is active, YouTube is also running smoothly, the children are even more happy to be invited to staycation here.And what's even more fun is that the breakfast menu is no joke, it's all delicious.

We went directly to the place to ask the value of the room, a guy told us the value and another guy arrived and told us another very high price, they did not want to work, we had to book from the application to pay the corresponding price, then he arrived The girl at the reception and she was very kind, she gave us information about places to visit and her personal number for an upcoming reservation, the room was quite good, we had dinner there and the food was still good, the cups they put in the room are quite dirty

Okay, first of all I want to say this place is SUPER RECOMMENDEDDD ✨️✨️ I stayed in the KALUWARGA ROOM type room and ofc will come back here again. why?? because this hotel is considered affordable and the service is good, poll. First, I asked for the toilet to be perfumed and it immediately smelled really good, then I went downstairs and ordered a motorbike taxi and actually borrowed 2 plates plus cutlery while smiling (I once stayed at a 5 star hotel and borrowed random plates), then I helped my sister clean up and accidentally broke a glass. , and I was responsible from the start for bringing the glass down and admitting that it was broken, then the employee didn't get angry and didn't ask for it to be replaced because he said I was taking it easy🥺☹️ well polll, so the service was really top notch. Then, for the room type, I really like the mezzanine (level) like the room residents, so I like it, so there's also a Netflix account so we can watch it. whoops, what a joke.

This price, with service like this, is really worth it! 👌🏻Clean, although the bed is not wide, it is comfortable. Netflix is available, but it's quite a struggle with other rooms, hehe. Many people use their accounts so I can't watch. But yesterday I watched a film that was "a bit different"😂When we arrived we were greeted in a friendly manner and given advice because we wanted to add a breakfast pack but to make it cheaper we suggested just ordering the restaurant menu. This is the best, not just making money 🤙🏻I'll be back again soon 👍🏻

Staying overnight at Briggs in Surabaya was kind of my family's best experience. At first I was a little afraid of the location, which turned out to be in a rather small alley, so I was afraid the hotel wouldn't be convincing, but the rating on Google was really good. When I arrived at the hotel it wasn't quite what I feared, the hotel was nice and clean. Friendly service, check-in and check-out hours are not as strict as other hotels I have stayed at. The hotel is cheap, I got it for 280 via WhatsApp and got the chance to upgrade to a deluxe room for only 2. Can relax in your room with full Netflix. Unfortunately there is no rooftop because my husband really likes it. The plug for the water heater is not available, so if you want to heat the water you have to plug it in next to the bed, but it doesn't matter because there is a dispenser in front of the room. over all the hotel is satisfying 💕

Found this beautiful and aesthetic hotel 2 days before going to Surabaya. Messages via WhatsApp admin are cheaper than via Apps. Strategic location, close to the main road, ind*mart. Very friendly service and conditional check-in hours. Aesthetic in every corner of the room. The family room is enough for a group of people. All facilities are safe and there are no problems. The AC is cold, the TV is on and can be used for Netflix and YouTube. There are water dispensers for refills on each floor. Mattresses, pillows and blankets are clean and smell good. There are chairs for relaxing at the back (smooking area). The building is unique. Hopefully we can come here again next time 🙌🏻

All the hotel staff here are very friendly. I can even check in even though it's not yet time.Then for the room I ordered the Ragil variation. The room is not very big, but very comfortable and clean. The wifi facilities are very fast, you get free Netflix, and you get free mineral water, tea and coffee in the room.But unfortunately in my room there were no hotel slippers available. Then, the sound when turning on the water faucet is quite noisy, both in your own room and in other people's rooms.

Unfortunately the location is ok but the experience of staying here, sorry, there is a lot that needs to be improved. The towels were yellow, the bathroom smelled of pee plus I met 2 centipedes and the bathroom floor was slippery as if it had never been brushed, the AC smelled like it hadn't been serviced for a long time. We were initially looking for a monthly boarding house for my husband but we couldn't find one around the Sungkono area. Get this Briggs Inn hotel...When I first came, the staff were friendly and in the end we decided to stay there. We were allowed to drop in until we checked in at 12. We came back at 1 o'clock but were told to come again at 2 o'clock because I was washing the AC, he said, oh okay... I came at 2.30 and went straight to the bathroom, my gosh, it smells like pee. Which part is cleaned from morning until 2 o'clock? Luckily, I brought liquid detergent, I just splashed it around so it didn't smell like pee. I rushed to take a shower because I wanted to catch a plane at 4 pm. So just have to stay 1 night. BTW, I got the room on the 1st floor which is near the elevator and close to the lobby door...In the afternoon, when the marketing was done, they said there would be a discount if you rent for a month, reduce 10 thousand per day, haha, that's not a plus, because I already know that the condition of this hotel is really bad, fortunately it didn't pay for 1 month, but the next day I asked the marketing person about the condition of the room we were staying in, there was no reply. Even though it's going well now, we're talking about hotel prices if you rent for 1 month haha cool＼(^^)／

A week ago I stayed here, choosing a family room. 1 room has 2 floors, on the first floor there is a sofa chair that can be used for sleeping, equipped with a TV (with Netflix facilities), cool paintings... Then the main bed on the top floor uses a wooden ladder. But there are still 2 ACs, on each floor. The rooms are clean, the service is good. Recommended for those who stop by for a break. Very top

Stayed here 2 nights with satisfactory service. Messages from other cities, explained in detail by the WhatsApp admin who responded quickly, payment transactions, once arrived at the check-in location on time. The first time you enter the room you feel like you are at home, the room smells good, neat and clean. The amenities are quite complete (only there is no iron and hairdryer available). The slight minus points are the towels which are less fragrant and a few stains on the blanket. Oh yes, there might be a note on the room telephone about the number you can call.Strategic location close to the airport, station, souvenir center, restaurants, food stalls and cafes. There is also a cafe/restaurant available at the hotel which tastes quite good and is worth buying with room delivery and breakfast service.What makes you feel most at home is that the room is equipped with a Smart TV (with a ready-to-use Netflix account) so those who don't want to go out can just enjoy films in the room while trying the restaurant menu.For groups/families, you can really choose the Kaluwarga type room (there is a mezzanine and sofa).It's true that there aren't many facilities here (such as a gym and swimming pool) because it is more recommended for resting because the atmosphere is calm and homey. Thank you Briggs Inn (especially the staff a/n Mas Pandji) for your satisfying service. Hopefully the minus points can be taken into consideration. Briggs Inn Sby is recommended, next time I want to try Briggs Inn in another city.
