The apartment was perfectly fine, good furnishings. The only point of criticism would be the strong smell from the garbage cans that are right in the hallway. But it probably can't be solved any other way, so it's not a negative point. The apartment was clean, very comfortable beds. Close to the Havenwelt, restaurants and shopping opportunities also in the immediate vicinity.

Unfortunately, my experiences here are very mixed. In total I was in the apartments for two weeks. The first week was less pleasant. The apartment was clean, but a bit old. There were also a few unpleasant events.I got a new apartment for the second week. Thank you again for this. The second apartment was very modern and chic. I would move into this apartment again in a heartbeat.

The apartment is right on a main artery, in summer you can't leave the windows open because of the noise. The apartment is functional and old-fashioned. It's a bit scary that the furniture, which is plentiful, is all completely empty.

My report from our vacation with 2 adults and 1 child (7).In the stairwell you are immediately greeted by the overflowing and smelly garbage cans. This smell also goes up to the 3rd floor where we booked our apartment (no elevator, so we had to drag our suitcases). But we only found out about this via WhatsApp shortly before arrival. We had to get the key from a key box using a code. The bedrooms are directly on a 4-lane main road. Closing one eye at night is very difficult. You are woken up directly by the sun in the morning as there are not enough curtains.Unfortunately, there is no common room (living room, couch, etc.). Unfortunately there is only the kitchen to sit in here.In the kitchen you can partially see the bare plaster, as the paint has already flaked off. Unfortunately there was no longer any light in the oven or in the greasy extractor hood. There is a nice rusty bottle shelf in the refrigerator. There is a table with 4 hard chairs here. I would also like to mention that the room is equipped with 7 beds, i.e. for a maximum of 7 people, of which 3 people would then have to be at the table. There are no instructions for all electrical devices there. Some of the broken light switches in the hallway were covered with duct tape.A balcony is available. However, this is very, very small (approx. 2 m2) and also very dangerous, as it is fenced in by a wire mesh with rotten wooden slats. The view is rather simple. Here you look at concrete walls or the other fenced-in balconies. There is also a very small bathroom. However, showering is only possible for very small people because the height of the shower head cannot be adjusted. You can also find a few chipped tiles and a few chips in the glass sink. There are no smoke detectors in the entire apartment and the recessed spotlights seem to want to greet the floor at any moment.I am very, very disappointed with this accommodation and really can't recommend it.Our vacation (the first in about 4 years) wasn't really relaxing. Unfortunately.

-Processes far too small and therefore far too bright in the bedrooms at night

The rooms are large, beds comfortable, right downtown, kitchen with stove, hobs, micro and refrigerator. Everything you need is there. The only catastrophe is the bathroom, everything is clean but showering is far from great.
