Great room, modern and in a great location. Checking in and getting to the room went without any problems. We did have some problems with an air conditioning unit that did not work and some things were not completely clean and finished.Parking is paid and not cheap, we parked the car in a Q Park garage and continued by public transport, which is very well organized in Berlin so no problems at all.Despite that, very satisfied compared to the price.

Terrible experience. The codes to the main door were broken 2 nights in a row and I was stuck on the street trying to call to get them to open the door for me.

Beware of rip-offs!The stay in this accommodation was canceled at short notice by the owner. The advance payment has not been repaid to date. Emails and calls with no results. Police report follows.

Actually doesn't deserve a star at all. The room was actually OK but very dirty. We had to wait 2 hours in front of the entrance. We just talked on the phone the whole time. The people on the phone. They also made us wait the whole time until we could check in. We still thought we hadn't booked at all when we had booking confirmation. Luckily we still managed to make a complete fool of ourselves and definitely never go there again.

The room is small, but it's enough to sleep. Bed was okay, the bathroom was also okay. The key-free access worked well, the elevator was great if you lived on the 5th floor. Service gets 3 stars because the digital provision of information worked, but otherwise there is no one on site, so we didn't have to use one.

Unfortunately I can only write a review about the booking. Because we have probably fallen victim to fraud by this provider. We booked the studio for four nights via booking.com at the end of February and paid with a credit card. Five days before departure for Berlin we received the message from booking that we could not move into the studio due to overcrowding. After contacting the provider, the first and so far only answer came after about 36 hours: you still have to pay for the accommodation, otherwise we will pass it on. I told them that this was paid for months ago and I can confirm this with the credit card statement. To this day there has been no response. I have informed booking about this & I will also hire a lawyer. It looks like a scam to me. That's why you'd better look for a hotel. Even if it may seem more expensive, you are on the safe side.To the provider: the post will be deleted as soon as I receive the full amount back, which I paid you with my credit card on February 27, 2024.

Literally my worst experienceThe only plus was that the room was fine.Everything else was miserable. This awful experience started 24 hours before my arrival, when some BUDDLEY charged 500 euros from my bank account. I was shocked and immediately froze my card. After the dialogue with the bank support, I realized that it was Albio Apartment that charged the money. So, after several messages on the booking app and then a call to the hotel, I found out that it was their deposit for 2 rooms I already paid for a month ago.Although they sent me lengthy instructions on self-check-in, they conveniently forgot to mention anything about the deposit. And the information about it, although stated in their rules, is very well hidden. It is stated that they charge the deposit UPON ARRIVAL, not 24 hours before. What if I hadn’t arrived at all? They would anyway have charged me 500 euros and given them back after a week.Another disappointment was check-in. It was very unclear, the code from the door didn’t work after several attempts, there were more codes than the doors, and as a cherry on top, my room was under construction! There was literally no furniture, dirty floors, etc.I started calling again because the manager wouldn’t reply on the app. First, the manager suggested using another double room, which I booked for my friend, for all three of us because there was a sofa in that room! Hmm, attractive, but I’d paid for 2 rooms and 500 euros above. OK, after 20 minutes, I received the code for another room (again, it worked after 6 times).Although there were three of us in 2 double rooms, there was only one set of towels and one pillow in each room, despite the fact that I wrote about three guests when booking the rooms, and they answered OK (“got you covered," LOL).Another fun fact is that after an hour of checking in, that is, at 19:00 in the evening, I received a message from the hotel with the check-out instructions and that they hoped I’d enjoyed the previous night. WHAT?!A little thing with the broken door in the shower seems tiny compared to all the other issues. Not to mention the quite poor English of the manager. I spent a lot of time just explaining the problems. No reception, nothing; you only have their number and messaging through the booking app, which they ignore until you call them.Definitely do NOT recommend this place.

Update: I have contacted you several times about the bed bugs, via booking, Instagram and now twice by email. There is no obvious contact option on your website. I'm still waiting for your response including compensation...The location is good and quiet. At first glance the room seemed clean, a bit run down but otherwise OK, we thought. Appearances are deceiving. I had a few stitches after the first night, and more after the second and third. We didn't find any traces of blood on the bed, justblack crumbs. A doctor confirmed to me: bed bug bites. Apart from the damage this caused me, I am stunned that despite contacting the provider several times there was no response or comment. We strongly advise against staying overnight here.
