Very clean guest apartment including a bathroom with underfloor heating and a small kitchenette. Furnishings are simple and beautiful. WiFi is great and the contactless key handover worked well 👍 Only the metal stairs to the apartments were slippery due to the snow.

I stayed there with my family last week. My husband, a 10 week old baby and I. We received the key via a mailbox with a number code, there was no personal contact, which, if everything had been ok, wouldn't have been a problem.1. There was only one key2. The path to the rear building is so narrow that it is not even passable with a stroller.3. The water didn't drain in the shower. After email contact, someone came 2 days later and took a handful of hair out of the drain.4. A steep metal staircase and a run-down wooden staircase have to be passed to get into the apartment, and the top handrail is loose. We had a small anti-allergic dog with us who only stayed on his blanket on the floor. Our mistake was that we didn't register him, but there is no mention of a dog ban on the website. We were promptly charged an additional bill of €60 for a basic cleaning. I'm not picky, but this reaction made me take a close look around the apartment...I found stains on the underside of the chair cushions, they had probably been turned over. There are huge yellow sweat stains on the headrest of the chair. Mold or mold painted over in the corners. Plastered holes that are not painted. Dust on surfaces that are difficult or inconvenient to access. One of two hotplates always shows an error and no instructions can be found. Bent, broken knives. Very cheap and thrown together dishes. Generally everything is thrown together. No ambience or feel-good character. Very dangerous, the door in the back yard is always locked and the escape route is blocked because there is only one key. For all of this we paid €100 a night plus a fee for Bremen, although the website states a price of €86/night, which in my opinion is still far too much for the accommodation. The only good thing is the location. There was no response to another email with the complaints.
