The hotel ship is a great way to experience Bremen in a different way. We booked the large cabin for 168 euros for one night. This gave us the entire upper area of the ship, consisting of a living room, large bathroom and bedroom. There is also a shared room with a bar in the bow. The location is great and the views all around are absolutely amazing.Unfortunately the furnishings are no longer up to date. The excessive decoration on the driver's cab is not very nice and is just a gigantic dust catcher. The bathroom urgently needs renovation. Everything is clean and OK, but nothing more. No normal hotel could offer a bathroom with huge cracks in the tiles without getting 1-star reviews. The three star rating takes into account that it is a ship. A normal hotel with this facility would get a maximum of two stars.Regarding communication: at the time of arrival I had not received any information on how to gain access to the ship or where I had to report or find myself. I've been trying to reach someone on the phone all day. No one answered the phone for four hours, so instead of taking a relaxing stroll through the city, I was on the phone non-stop.All in all, I didn't regret it in the end because the location and the view were great. Without that, it would have been a rather subpar experience.

We spent one night on the hotel ship Perle. The ship is in a very good location, you can quickly reach restaurants, bars and the city. But in the time we spent in our cabin (1) (maximum 1 hour during the day and at night) 20-30 spiders visited us. Ventilation was not possible because there were countless spiders scattered around the outside of the ship. If someone is afraid of spiders, I definitely cannot recommend this ship. It's a shame, I was really looking forward to staying overnight. I've never left a hotel so early before. If we hadn't had any drinks in the evening, we wouldn't have stayed there and would have gone straight home.In addition, there were almost no advertised non-alcoholic drinks that were included. The guests from cabin 2 had drunk two small bottles of cola, after which there was only a small bottle of apple juice left in the fridge. If you offer something like that, there should at least be a free drink for every guest. In order to reach someone by phone at reception you basically had to call twice.I won't book a room here again.

Very nicely made, lovingly furnished. However, you should be seaworthy. It fluctuates sometimes, but you get used to it.Sun deck great. Everything was clean and who has a bathroom with a TV?

Boat hotel with two rooms. No breakfast. The ceilings are quite low, so tall people (from 1.90m) among us will have to stoop. No soundproofing: prefer room 1. We had room 2, below room 1, and we heard everything that was happening above us. Very comfortable bedding and bathroom. Lazarus with hot and cold drinks. All in all, a pleasant and original experience.
