We stayed in Bremen for 3 days, originally only 1 night was planned. We were spontaneously able to extend the time. The forgotten parking space wasn't a problem either.The entire staff was very nice and friendly.If you like Bavarian flair, this is the place for you.We didn't find the location right next to the main station to be a problem at all.

We travel a lot to hotels. But we felt very comfortable here and the two ladies at reception and at breakfast made us feel at home. And the hotel itself is very modern, the breakfast was great and the food in the restaurant was very tasty. A hotel that we can only recommend. We were at the Edelweiss again.The location, directly opposite the main train station, couldn't be better. The consistently implemented Bavarian style here in Bremen appears bizarre in a friendly way. Loving details everywhere show that the owners put their heart and soul into it. However, our current stay started surprisingly poorly...The lady at the reception apparently had a bad day. The reception is anything but friendly. Our advice was received very professionally by the owners...That's how it should be. During dinner in the hotel's restaurant, the gentlemen came to our table, expressed their regrets and, as a friendly gesture, allowed us to be served drinks of our choice on the house.The food was first class, the service impeccable. We'd love to come back.

My second visit to this extremely beautiful hotel. The hotel is quiet, clean and leaves nothing to be desired. The location, right across from the train station, is a big plus if you're traveling by train. As a Lower Bavarian, you feel right at home in this Bavarian-Austrian flair. Keep it up dear Bavarian Bremen. I will come again when I visit Bremen.

We've been going to the Edelweiss for dinner during Hanselife for about 15 years. This year was the first time we've booked the hotel for 5 nights. We invited colleagues to dinner on the first evening because we were always served very well here and the food was delicious This time it was a complete failure. Drinks were taken after about 20 minutes, even though several guests came after us and they already had their drinks. When we asked, the answer was we'll be right there. After about 35 minutes we also had our drinks. Then our food order came. I had liver dumpling soup as a starter and Obazda cheese as the main course. Soup very good. Then we waited for our main courses. 15 minutes, 30 minutes. When we asked, we were told that our food order had been forgotten to be served after the soup. Colleagues liver cheese with fried potatoes and a fried egg for €20.90 - I've seen a lot but a slice of liver cheese with a thickness of 5mm is very outrageous (pictures available). My wife had chanterelles with bacon and onions. What came were chanterelles without bacon and onions. When asked, we were asked whether we had ordered it that way (but it says so on the menu). Will be given later as we are still waiting for it today. The staff at the reception and at breakfast were positive about the hotel. Full 5 points. The cleaning company 1 out of 5 stars ( Trash cans not emptied, facial tissues not refilled for 2 days, no toilet paper for 1 day, shower enclosure not cleaned. The 5 days with you were very disappointing for us. If you want to play the Champions League, you should also pay attention to things like this with 4 stars. But so are the 2 stars only by the 3 people at the reception. Another quick note to the waitress in the restaurant with the male voice. In your job you should be able to deal with criticism and not dismiss it in a derogatory way.

It doesn't get much better than this! I haven't experienced such a familiar, guest-oriented and warm hotel for a long time. The rooms are very clean (you can't say that about every hotel anymore) and designed with attention to detail. The staff is incredibly warm and understands the role of host 100%. The breakfast and the associated restaurant promise great service and a kitchen that has something for every taste. Thank you for the lovely stay with you, I'm already looking forward to next year!

Greetings!!Reservation, reception, food, service - 5 stars plus!!!Well, close to the main train station, but we knew that when booking.Very friendly welcome, spacious room (coffee and/or tea making facilities possible), everything lovingly furnished.Breakfast was good, food from the menu was very tasty, extra requests were always taken into account - and there was also very friendly, attentive service that we haven't experienced in this form for a long time.Anyone who feels comfortable in the Bavarian-Austrian atmosphere - with the appropriate musical accompaniment - is definitely in the right place here.Hello - and see you next time in Bremen!!

We visited the restaurant and had a very good dinner.When you look at the menu you see prices in the middle range for the first time - but the price-performance ratio is absolutely good and you get very, very good homemade food!

The room small, clean and tidy but very hot and stuffy.Neat, attractive hotel.Unfortunately the breakfast lady was very unfriendly! Dogs are allowed but you are not allowed to give them a piece of bread. And we can understand that, but you can also indicate it neatly and come up with an alternative. You don't bark at your guests! Certainly not with a breakfast of €18 pp!!!!
