Great, exciting alternative to other “normal” hotels. Great location. It's great that you can also use the service from the beach club. Free parking spaces and bus line within walking distance, goes directly to the city without having to change.Great facilities, great roof terrace. I would have only expected a dishwasher and checkout at 10:00 a bit early. Otherwise everything was great.

Why do you book a houseboat? In our case we were looking for a special gift. The idea was immediately well received and the online reservation (as well as the later check-in) went smoothly. The houseboat is really big and beautifully decorated - even with an electric fireplace. Everything goes “online”, which means without having to have contact with employees. The parking situation is also good (but the restaurant was closed). Also worth highlighting is the great ambience at the harbor basin. So much for the plus points. But in the end it's just an overnight stay in a hotel room - just on the water. We specifically decided on a weekday because the prices were a little cheaper, but in the end the “fun” for one night cost us a total of EUR 310 (for 2 people) (including bed linen, towels and final cleaning). We feel the price is too high compared to the alternatives that Bremen has to offer. There are some other fun/unusual places to stay in Bremen, such as: B. the new silo hotel, a sailing ship, the smallest hotel in Bremen, the wedding house in Schnoor or various camping options in a hall in the harbor area. All options are cheaper in price and certainly just as funny. In addition, there is the “poor” supply on site at Lankenauer Höft. The houseboat is basically only for self-catering. In the evening you can eat in the neighboring restaurant (when it's ready), but there is no breakfast on site (and no bakery nearby). Our overall result: Great experience, but actually too expensive for a single night (for 2 people), the effort and the remote location. The question also remains to be clarified: what about the peace and quiet when the neighboring beach club is open...

The boats are very well equipped - no comparison with other offers. The price-performance ratio is okay. The unfinished environment is due to a few deficiencies, some of which have already been reported (e.g. insufficient parking spaces) and which will probably no longer be an issue soon. From my point of view, two things are still not right: the descent to the boats is an adventure at low tide. If the surface is still damp/wet, the sliding party is perfect. Insurmountable for older people or people with walking difficulties. A photo shows it. The second is the lack of connections to public transport - the nearest bus stop is 1.3 km away. No fun in 30 degree heat or rain. But they are probably working on extending the bus route to Lankenauer Höft. These are all just small things - on the other hand, the relaxation factor on the boat is huge. The isolation also has advantages... Oh - the 98 square meter area refers to the entire boat including the two terraces. The living area is “only” about 50 square meters. But that’s also just a side note…Because the most important thing at the end: Forget all the details - the houseboats are pure deceleration. Watching the sunset on the roof terrace of the boat or on the beach is simply MEGA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We had a wonderful time on houseboat #1! The equipment on the boats is great, everything was very clean and we didn't miss anything. The beds were comfortable and the lounge areas (living room, lower terrace and roof terrace) are all large enough for a group to hang out. There were four of us, but there is a pull-out sofa bed in the living room so there would be room for even more visitors. From the two terraces you can enjoy a wonderful view of the sunset over the Weser - fantastic with a glass of wine. The location was great for us because we didn't have any background noise other than the water and the ducks and we just wanted to have a cozy time with the four of us away from any hustle and bustle. Apart from the beach club next door, there really isn't anything to be found there. This was great if we ran out of wine or needed a snack in between. However, you need a car to shop in a real supermarket, as there is nothing within walking distance. We also really liked the communication with the provider. You receive all information in a timely manner by email and are autonomous in check-in and check-out. The evening before our departure we asked for a late check out by email and just a few moments later we received an answer and, for a small additional fee, we were able to check out at 12 p.m. and end the morning in peace. Thanks again for this flexibility! All in all, a great weekend in an extraordinary location. We'll be back!

All in all it was very nice but we wouldn't book it again for the price. The rooms were very clean and modernly furnished, but in the evening it is very noisy in every room. From that point of view, there was no service, and we didn't have a direct contact person on site, so we can't rate this either...What we found very unfortunate was that there are unfortunately no parking spaces of their own for the houseboat tenants or that no care is taken to ensure that these can only be used by the tenants. And that when you check in you unfortunately have to get all of your souvenirs past the large crowd of bar visitors...The view in the evening and in the morning was always beautiful for us and we also had peace and quiet. What we found to be a shame was that as soon as night fell there was an incredible influx of mosquitoes, which meant we always retreated into the boat. A fly window on the outside door would be really great for ventilation.

The houseboats are very modern and very well equipped. There are even games available. The beds are firm and comfortable. TV and WiFi work smoothly. Once the restaurant is open on land and the well-equipped beach (pirate climbing ship, sand toys) runs from morning to evening - after checking out at 10:00 a breakfast on the beach until the ferry leaves would be wonderful.

Beautiful sunset, wanted to have another beer, our pockets were full of money, but we only wanted to pay by card. So I drove home thirsty again. Beautiful modern world.

We were on the boat as a family with our adult children and spent a wonderful weekend with sightseeing, lots of football, chilling and playing on this wonderful boat. Unfortunately, the catering industry wasn't open yet, but that will soon be the icing on the cake of this great idea. Luxury boats, industrial culture and a bit of sailing every now and then when there's something going on on the Weser. Simply wonderful and highly recommended.

In and of itself a cool location and a great way to relax. Unfortunately there are negative experiences with the owners...There was a delay in responding to service requests and, despite the high price, there were no garbage bags delivered, shampoo, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper, paper towels, coffee capsules were all in short supply. The costs for the final cleaning are far too high at 170 euros and on top of that you get a bad AirBnB rating because 4 plates and 4 glasses were not washed.Originally we wanted to become permanent guests, but not if you treat guests like that...

We had a really nice stay, the houseboat is super nice and very modern, all the beds were super comfortable (including a sofa bed). The living room is a great size where you can easily spend time with six or seven of you. We also had a really nice view from houseboat number 17. The roof terrace rounds everything off and you can lie there wonderfully in the sun. Unfortunately there isn't really anything going on in the immediate vicinity and you can't go for long walks, but there is a ferry that runs right next door for little money towards Überseestadt and a large shopping mall. Since you have to walk a few meters from the parking lot to the houseboat, we recommend a suitcase on wheels, a handcart as an aid or something similar. A bakery can be reached in about 5 minutes by car. We were more than thrilled and would come back at any time.
