I was pleasantly surprised. A manageable map, but good quality. Very attentive service and of course a fantastic view!

A hotel that is definitely getting old. This urgently needs to be modernized. The rooms are functional and large, but nothing more. It's definitely not 4 stars, there are too many flaws for that. Cozy furnishings are different! The hairdryer in the bathroom only blows your hair dry, but it is miles away from proper hairdryer performance. The large balcony has no boundaries. This means everyone can briefly walk past all the bedrooms in the evening and see what is happening there. Uncool! There is only one chair in the superior double room?! There were far too few hangers in the wardrobe. The rich breakfast is more than manageable. There was the same sausage, the same cheese, the same rolls every day. Zero variety. The view of the Weser from the balcony is great, but the fact that the ferry runs all day is not mentioned in the hotel description. So for light sleepers this will be a torment. The ferries dock there almost every 15 minutes (around the clock)...and when all the cars drive up and down, of course it doesn't happen without a lot of noise. We had booked two double rooms for single use. Something we've never experienced before was that the second set of towels was removed from us on the second day. What's that supposed to mean? We had the feeling that everything was being saved there. But the kicker was the journey. At the reception there was a “Hello” and immediately “Can you please pay now?” Zero small talk, no “Have you had a good journey?” So kindness is different. For us: once and never again!

Free parking.Very friendly reception.Large, bright room with a very comfortable bed and a side view of the Weser.Unfortunately the balcony door was broken. The bathroom is obstructed and outdated, but clean.Shower in the tub.The breakfast is manageable, very little selection of cheese, toppings, juices and jams.Unfortunately no coffee specialties like in most other hotels in this price range. In the dining room there is a beautiful view of the Weser.

A little more appearance than reality. Service super friendly and competent. There are stickers hanging in the hotel with a best price guarantee, unfortunately I paid more when booking directly with the hotel than with booking. The food has to be said to be great and the selection at breakfast is more than varied. If everything were a little cheaper, it would be a good choice.

A nice hotel, but unfortunately a bit outdated. Seems like a 4 star hotel with not really good food. The rooms were functional, unfortunately you couldn't open the windows, and cozy is different. Breakfast was good. Expected something different for the price.

We wanted to grab a bite to eat here and drove home with a full stomach. The food was very good here 👍, especially the deer.Despite there being a lot of customers, the waiting time was kept very short. You know it from other restaurants where you have to wait a long time. The service was very friendly and accommodating.Water was even served for our dog. He also gratefully accepted this. The location is of course beautiful. We can highly recommend it and would be happy to come back.

This hotel does not deserve four stars, a maximum of three stars would be appropriate. The house has been in a renovation backlog for years. The hotel hasn't been renovated in decades. The room prices are overpriced given the condition. Food and drinks of below average quality. Not recommended.
