The service is really 0 when you get tired on the trip and then when you get to the hotel you are asked, "Does your child like to wet the bed, ma'am?" It's very rude, like it's lowering your self-esteem. If a hotel is good, the reception should be polite, at least the language should be taken care of, right? We are guests. How can guests want to rest comfortably here if the service is like that?

The place was really dirty, the rubbish wasn't thrown away, there were glasses left over from drinks, the bathroom had cobwebs, there were cockroaches too, the blankets smelled musty in the cupboard, the lamp above the bed had small animals.This is my experience and my advice is that it is better to look for another place because the price of the same place is not suitable.
