Update August 21st Amex has recovered the defrauded sum. The credit card fraud appears to be confirmed. A criminal case against the group's hotel (Burghotel Stauffenberg) was filed with the Hesse public prosecutor's officeA payment fraud case is now underway via Amex due to. Unauthorized debit from a hotel in this group...I cannot recommend the company. The prices advertised and the number of guests do not necessarily have to be correct (cf. double room for single use for one adult + one child) and the child has to pay a fine afterwards because only one adult is possible but the child was included at check-in. The fine was only charged after the credit card left without the cardholder's authorization.

After purchasing a holiday at the Kleine Zeitungs auction, the validity period of 8 months was unfortunately exceeded. Afterwards, the reception at the Panorama Hotel on the Turracherhöhe denied me access to the €480 I had paid (product value over €900).You get advice back and forth between the small newspaper and the hotel, but unfortunately you can't get any help anywhere!In my case, I financed the panoramic hotel on the Turracherhöhe with €480. This money was spent by the hotel on marketing. Because I didn't stick to the validity period, the reception didn't allow me to redeem or refund and offered me a €40 discount for using the parking lot -> not worthy of 4 stars!I simply felt ripped off and find it cheeky to get NOTHING for your money!

Private hotels Dr. Lohbeck GmbH & Co. KG advertises - "*Our generous cancellation conditions as part of the trust package:" - but shamelessly disappoints this trust. Be careful when booking with advance payments. Despite canceling on time (with confirmation from the hotel) and setting a new deadline, this is allowed to pass and the travel price already paid will not be refunded. It is extremely annoying that you have to take legal action because of such “business conduct”.@Fam. Lohbeck: it's not your money that you just keep! You should be ashamed of yourself.

This is a Pest Control service at your home at 5837 SW 1st Ave in Cape Coral, FL. The matter has already been referred to a debt collection agency because you have not paid despite multiple reminders.The debt collection agency threatened me that if this debt was not paid immediately, it would negatively affect my credit score, as I am still listed as the contact person for your property. I paid the claim out of my pocket due to the small amount. The damage that would be caused to me by the debt collection agency would be disproportionate to the small amount of the claim.I would be obliged to you if you would finally respond to my various attempts to resolve this and settle this claim with me without any stress or arguments and I would not have to take legal action - that would be a shame and given the small amount of the claim, it would simply be a shame Waste of time and extremely costly. But you will certainly understand that I do not want to pay for your pest control.
