We were here for dinner.It was delicious and the service was very friendly. Vegetarian dishes also available.Requests were addressed as far as possible. Recommended!😎

I announced my arrival in writing via a booking platform between 9 p.m. and 10 p.m. and received confirmation in writing.When I was there at 9:30 p.m., I first rang the doorbell at the side entrance, which was apparently intended for the guesthouse.Even after the second ring and waiting, no one opened the door, so I used the entrance on the main street.The door to the restaurant was not locked, but no one was to be seen in the dining room.I then called, and there was no response here either. I then contacted the inn by telephone and told the gentleman who answered that I was now in the guest room, but despite ringing the bell and shouting, no one could be seen.He then asked me harshly how I got in there. I then told him that I had come through the main entrance door as normal.He then said that he would come “up straight away.” I then sat on a bench in the guest room near the entrance door and waited. A short time later a man came through the front door and shouted at me in a completely unfriendly manner about how I could have waited IN the house!! HE would have gone outside in my place if no one had been there.I really wonder why I should have waited on the street when I was announced, the inn was open and the owner was apparently in the basement. I've never experienced such a rude greeting!I can't say anything about breakfast, I left before then. The room was apparently clean, but very old. The bathroom is unsuitable for people over 1.70 m tall because it was basically built into the sloping roof and you could just barely stand upright at the sink. No shower, just a bathtub WITHOUT a shower curtain.Conclusion: The operator was extremely unfriendly. After creating the review on the booking platform, he contacted me via text message and threatened me with a lawyer and criminal charges if I didn't take back the review (3 out of 10).Of course I didn't do that and asked him via the booking platform not to contact me any further. He ignored that and 4 days later with the next text message and continued to threaten.If you look at his answers under critical reviews on this booking platform, you already have a comprehensive picture of his style.Unfortunately, I missed this beforehand.Addendum to the innkeeper's comment under my review: If catering establishments experience failures like yours, the rating will be accordingly. Since I am a local guide and gastro blogger, I can also judge that. Incidentally, you should reflect on the error of your behavior instead of attacking others who criticize it.

Simply a disaster NEVER AGAIN

We were guests of the hotel there at the beginning of October.Let's get to the positive:The bathrooms are very clean despite their age, that has to be said.Well, now we come to the negative:The room was extremely cold, the heating didn't come on at all, we were freezing all night, the windows were super loud, and in combination with the street it was almost impossible to sleep.The room didn't have a toilet, it was in the hallway...In consultation, we should please check out an hour earlier because new guests are coming and time is needed for cleaning, well that was OK, we wanted to leave early anyway, but then why are check times?When we entered the breakfast room 10 minutes before the appointment, we were contacted and told to leave the room immediately. We weren't ready yet, the lady was sitting there comfortably on her cell phone.There was jam from the rest stop and sausage from the pack, as well as bad baked rolls.Coffee cream... When we asked for H milk, we received an open pack with the comment that we didn't want to go shopping anymore, we were flying on holiday to Greece this evening?!So what now, vacation or guests?Unfriendly, dubious and incompetent, I cannot understand the positive reviews.This hotel, never again!!

I come from the catering industry myself and didn't think the price was ok at all!As soon as a car drove past, it was as loud in the room as if the window were open!On the way to breakfast we were too early at 8:30 and received a rude wake-up call, and not even a good morning came from the innkeeper.We were told we had to be out of the room at 9 a.m. because new guests arrived at 11 a.m. and they had to clean them, which was rude since check out wasn't until 10 a.m.In the end it turned out that they were going on vacation and that's why we had to leave the room early!On the whole :UnfriendlyThe price doesn't match at allBreakfast was ok

Nice ambience. Delicious schnitzels are recommended at any time.
