Location: In housingService : GoodRoom: CleanI stayed 2 nights and arrived at the accommodation at around 2 am. The gate is closed because this inn is not 24 hours, but the guard can still open it just by pressing the bell. For rooms there are indoor and outdoor bathrooms. For a very cheap price with a room like that.Overall it's good.

The room is clean but feels like a high school student's boarding house.At 22 o'clock the door was locked and you had to call the guard to open it, then you were greeted with the guard's stern question, "Why is it so late, bro?"Even though there was no agreement at the beginning that there would be a curfew.I really don't recommend it for those who work late into the night

Very difficult to locate the place.There is no name board visible from the street. At the entrance there is a courrier service office and accessibilty to the hotel become very difficult because of this office. Infront of the office they parked there vehicle also. The hotel must put there own name board in front ,so that the customers can easily identify hotel. The OYO number also must be in bold big letters and easily visible from the street.

Noisy, the location is together with the expedition office, not quiet, not comfortable, every morning the sound of the employees' exhaust motorbikes is very noisy and really disturbs their rest time

The location is close to everywhere but unfortunately it's in a residential area, the receptionist is not good".. access is not 24 hours, but yesterday I came at 12 at night, there was a bell at the gate. So you had to press the bell 🫡🫡The room is comfortable, you can hear the noise from outside but it's not a problem

First time staying, location in Tenggilis housing complex. Ample space for parking for motorbikes & cars. It looks like level 2. Booking on Agoda got a cheap price of under 100 thousand & I think it's worth the price. According to the photo, you get a standard double room, WiFi, drinking water, towels, although small, soap is available in the bathroom & you don't get a toothbrush or toothpaste. The rooms are spacious, clean, showers available & the guards are also friendly. But the hours of stay are not 24 hours, so the gate is locked at 10 o'clock at most because it is a residential area. Will stay here again. Thanks

The experience of staying here 1 night so far is quite comfortable. The rooms and bathrooms are clean, the staff are very kind and friendly. Facilities include AC, TV, towels, 2 mineral waters, trash can, liquid shower soap. However, the downside is that the TV has no signal, several times I found centipedes in the bathroom, the shower water came out a little, the blanket had stains so I was hesitant to use it, the sound from outside was also quite loud to hear from inside the room because outside there was a shop or something like that. Oh yes, outside the room there are also chairs for relaxing. Location is easy to find. The price is very affordable for this comfortable place.

Wouldn't want to stay here again. Highly not recommended. I checked in at 8 pm, was greeted with a dirty face and attitude from the receptionist with an unfriendly tone (firmly) informing me that the room I booked had bathroom accommodation outside, even though I booked on Traveloka the bathroom accommodation was inside. If I want to get bathroom accommodation inside, I have to pay an additional 35 thousand/room. Because I was from out of town and arrived late, I finally agreed to the extra cost multiplied by the 2 rooms I booked. After checking in it turned out that the accommodation was very bad. The rooms smell musty and are cramped, the AC is not cold, there is no water heater, the shower is rusty, the toilets in the two rooms I booked are emitting lots of worms and centipedes, the towels used by previous visitors are still hanging in the bathroom, the sheets and blankets are full of stains, there is no TV. the channel is because they haven't paid the subscription, the road access is flooded. Anyway, I won't stay here again

I booked twice using the promo, I canceled it and said I got an outside KM, so I was told to add another fee to get an inside KM. The application didn't show the choice of outside/inner KM. The female guard was also very rude.the toilet and bed sheets are not clean and smell bad
