I stayed at Max Lodging from October 2018 to December 2019. These are very nice, modern, clean and extremely spacious apartments. I moved three times within the complex at my own request (a change of scenery in a foreign country) - and all three apartments were TOP!Facilities: everything is there! If something is missing - ask!The location is great! The subway is just a few minutes' walk away. Also supermarkets, bakers, etc. You can reach Marienplatz in 10 minutes. Westpark, which can also be reached in a few minutes, is ideal for running tomorrow. The staff is extremely friendly and competent and will help with any questions you may have. The wonderful Verena Gaulinger should be named employee of the decade. Whatever it is - she makes it possible! Thank you dear Ms. Gaulinger: for extra bed linen, more towels, a new cheese slicer - additional chairs, a new apartment because of a "change of scenery", always a smile, always in a good mood, always helpful and just a soul! Thank you!!!The underground parking space is great. Bicycle parking spaces are in front of the door. There's really nothing I could complain about!The next project in Munich - gladly again at Max Lodging.

Staying at Max lodging was a smooth and relaxing experience and the easiest step of the relocation of my family to Germany. I would definitely not doubt of staying here again as it is as easy as unpacking your suitcase. The apartment feels also a lot more spacious and luxurious than you would expect based on the surface area and pictures, as the apartment was clean and well-designed.

Modern, well-equipped apartments in a very good, quiet and well-equipped neighborhood. Very close to the metro station with a direct line to the center in 15 minutes. Also very close to West Park, one of the best parks in the city. Excellent cleaning and very good attention from the staff. Parking is also very good. Highly recommended.

Top apartment, top location, top service. These apartments are really highly recommended. Top equipment. Everything very clean. In the vicinity there are supermarkets, train stations and everything you need. I am happy every time I come to Munich and stay at Max Lodging.

The staff is very rude, especially Mrs. Verena! At first they will talk to you very kindly, as soon as you book there their attitude changes. I arrived with my family on Sunday, we had some doubts finding the apartment. On asking Verena, she rudely told they are closed on holidays.Another incident on our stays was when we forgot the keys inside the apartment. They made us pay whopping 100 euros for opening the door from their distant office through some automated system(which took only a minute). Even if you book an appointment, make sure you don't do it on weekends because they are weirdly sentimental about their weekend vacations.

I was looking for accommodation in Munich at short notice and had a lucky break with Max Lodging. Uncomplicated key collection through a safe, great furnishings with all the necessary household items. Even underfloor heating ensured a comfortable home. Two televisions, room dividers and a terrace have almost turned the one-room apartment into a loft. Even the service (laundry and repairs) was quick and reliable. I could have lived there for a few more months. Thank you for your hospitality.

I spent 3 month in an apartment and I really liked it. All modern, well kept, everything you need in the kitchen available, in a quiet area but still quite central with several shops around the corner. Bring your suitcase and you are set. Westpark is 5min away and a great source of recreation. Also very good and personal service, any issue or question I had was addressed immediately. Couldn’t have chosen a better place.

Despite the difficult COVID19 situation, perfect service - professional, uncomplicated and smooth - quick response and reaction to all concerns - very nice little gestures, for example in the form of a chocolate Christmas in front of the door on December 6th, 2020 - great modern maisonette apartment! - I can recommend it without reservation
