Stayed here at the hotel over the weekend and are super satisfied, the service staff are all super nice and helpful, keep it up!! The breakfast was excellent, all the products were very tasty, especially the coffee and the cheese.PS: The location is perfect for people who like to eat as there are many options.MFG

The JAMS is ideally located close to the city center, the German Museum and much more and at night it is still very quiet and not at all typically urban. We loved the padded benches by the windows and totally enjoyed the view of the sky or the street. The rooms are top and lovingly furnished.There are a few discount stores nearby if you need a little something, and a Späti also has cold beer available at night. The subway and S-Bahn are within walking distance, we even covered the 1.2 km from the Munich Ostbahnhof bus to the hotel in the sunshine.A L'Osteria is right around the corner and an Augustiner in Haidhausen is also within walking distance. The breakfast is small but nice. We'd love to come back.

Nice hotel, nice staff. Rooms are sufficiently large and equipped with a record player (can be borrowed free of charge at reception) and a music box. Simple and nicely furnished. The bathroom also has ambience. The shower door was lifted out (just went back in) and the light in the bathroom is unsuitable for men's styling (annoying).The breakfast buffet is sufficiently stocked, fresh egg dishes (scrambled eggs, fried eggs) can be ordered (but unfortunately I didn't know that beforehand).All in all, an absolute recommendation.

Simply a brilliant hotel. The theme was well integrated into the whole house. Service is a dream just like the kitchen. Super good food and simply super friendly and attentive staff. No matter whether at the reception or in the bar/restaurant area. Would come here again at any time. If you were really looking for something and absolutely had to complain about something, then perhaps the rooms could have been cleaned a little better. I would like to add that I was able to get into the room about 2 hours earlier than usual, despite the hotel being full. So not worth mentioning

The hotel and rooms are already getting old, there is no air conditioning and the shower stall was leaking. Breakfast area at the bar seems very makeshift, everything is very narrow and small, not designed for the number of rooms/guests. One morning we waited 1 hour for 2 espressos and 2 scrambled eggs. In the evening the bar was occupied but after an hour of waiting no one came to order. The highlight was breakfast on the second morning: the same cheese board again without cooling or a hood, exposed to the many flies, provisionally placed on the bar counter directly in the sun. The result: bad food poisoning - the WKD should take a look at it!

The hotel does not have air conditioning, but if you wish you can get a mobile air conditioner. The restaurant and bar are not open as advertised by the hotel. I can't recommend the breakfast.

Exceptional hotel in a central location. The concept is well implemented and the staff is very friendly. We had to return a room at short notice and received a gracious refund, even though the cancellation deadline was slightly exceeded. We'd love to come back!

I had the misfortune of checking in at the JAMS Music Hotel Munich on Sunday, the 11th, at precisely 5:21 PM. By 6:07 PM on the very same day, I was already checking out, drenched in sweat and utterly disappointed with what was supposed to be a 4-star experience. I booked this hotel expecting a comfortable stay, but instead, I found myself in a room where the temperature read a staggering 89°F (31.7°C). For a property advertised as a 4-star hotel, the complete lack of adequate air conditioning is unacceptable and frankly dangerous.From the moment I stepped into the lobby, the stifling heat was evident. A 4-star hotel should not have guests sweating profusely just from checking in and making their way to their room. It's mind-boggling that a property of this supposed caliber would fail to provide such a basic necessity.I had booked a suite for a seven-night stay, paying 50% upfront, under the assumption that I would be staying in a comfortable, air-conditioned room. However, what I experienced was far from what was advertised. The hotel felt more like a 2-star establishment masquerading as a 4-star property. The room was a glorified sweatbox, and to make matters worse, the hotel lacked basic amenities like a functioning restaurant and other services that one would expect from a hotel claiming to be of this standard.Given the unbearable conditions, I had no choice but to check out immediately and seek accommodations elsewhere. I reached out to the hotel via email to resolve this issue and discuss a refund, but I have been met with complete silence. The lack of response is as shocking as the conditions of the room. To add insult to injury, my credit card is due to be charged the remaining 50% on Sunday. If this charge goes through without addressing the issues I faced, I will have no choice but to escalate this matter further.This is not a 4-star hotel. It is a poorly managed establishment with zero regard for guest comfort or satisfaction. I strongly urge anyone considering a stay at JAMS Music Hotel Munich to think twice. There are plenty of other hotels in Munich that offer genuine 4-star service. This place, however, is not one of them. Avoid at all costs.
