A relatively shabby hotel.Extremely arrogant staff who were very unwelcoming both on arrival and at breakfast.The breakfast was of poor quality and not worth writing home about. The rooms were ok, but very dark and small for its size. The hotel is located on a noisy and dirty street, with a lot of noise.The price for this hotel is unheard of for the quality. Absolutely not recommendable hotel.

The staff was nice, but the room...It was a wall bed with an uncomfortable mattress (you can usually ignore that, as you sometimes have in hotels) and mini pillows. It was very dirty under the "bed" (probably hadn't been vacuumed or wiped for months). Likewise in the bathroom. The walls behind the sink had toothpaste splatters everywhere from the previous (or even longer?) and the shelves under the sink were also dirty. The towels weren't all clean either.

After a dismal and very unpleasant welcome by the reception hostess, we discovered a dirty room. The dishes were broken, incomplete and the remaining dishes had to be washed. We had to return to reception to ask for more dishes, cleaning products and all this with deplorable understanding. We were in the way and we were made to understand it. Finally there is a TV but it doesn't work. In short, everything is bad in this hotel, it's deplorable

This hotel is a disappointment. We did a circuit from north to south of Germany, staying in 8 different hotels, all 3 stars. This was the most expensive and the worst of all. The location is central and the staff are friendly, but everything else is lacking. From the reception facilities, living and dining room with simplistic 80s decor, to the bedroom, which has an acceptable space, the decoration has stopped in time and has a frontal view of a huge building with works that have been stopped for years as well as the building itself. hotel street. The organization is not to blame but neither is the customer. We paid €253 per night (affected by Oktoberfest). It is made worse by the fact that the room does not have cleaning service or towel replacement. I had to ask reception for new ones. It would be fair for the second night to be cheaper, but it isn't. I paid the same for a used room. It's no excuse to be an aparthotel! The service must be provided with quality, especially because it was well paid. I do not recommend this hotel. It is preferable to stay outside the center. I have already instructed my travel agency not to make any more bookings for this hotel.

Cannot recommend enough.A quick walk from the main train station, to Oktoberfest grounds, and also to the old city. Location was perfect!We paid a lot for this room as a last-minute booking during Oktoberfest, so I can't say much for the value at other times of the year. Also, since it was so close to the Oktoberfest grounds, it got very noisy at closing time. NOT the fault of the hotel, as their windows were very soundproof -- just part of the cost of being so close to all of the fun.

Only good thing is it's location. Service doesn't exist here. The hotel emailed me a day before check-in as they couldn't withdrawal accommodation fee from my account and threated to cancel my booking, it's a very indecent move as my rate was "payment at the property", I don't care if it's Oktoberfest or not, but such act was against the terms and conditions in the contract. Now I've checked out almost a week and my 250 euro deposit was still not returned, this time I emailed the hotel and no reply. That's how they treat costumers.

The ACCOR APP shows some lovely pictures of the studio and apartment options. But the studio is quite small. But location is very close to Munich HBF which is a major plus point.
