As soon as I opened the door to the apartment I had booked, I was greeted with an unbearable, disgusting smell that is difficult to describe; a mixture of sweat, rotten food and a significant smell of chlorine. This smell didn't go away even after repeated ventilation. The bathroom smelled like a sewer, probably due to unhygienic and blocked sewage pipes, which would explain the flooding of the floor when showering. This actually gave me a headache. Renting it out and then acting as if you didn't know about it is questionable. Unfortunately there was a lack of insight on the part of the landlady. The barking dog from the aesthetics store in the building directly across the hall wasn't exactly relaxing either. Optics ok. Overall, unfortunately not recommended.

We booked a year ago and received a cancellation today, one day before arrival. Train tickets and tickets for the bin. Impossible.Waiting for the refund until today.Legal action will be taken. One star is still too many.So be careful!!!!!!!!!!!

We had booked the apartment a year in advance; there wasn't much available in Munich at that time because of the Taylor Swift concert. Five days before arrival, our booking was suddenly canceled without giving any reasons. Before such a busy event, it is almost impossible to find suitable accommodation in the city. According to other comments, the money already paid will probably not be refunded so easily...Conclusion: If you don't want to be stressed, annoyed and have all your existing plans thrown into disarray shortly before your vacation, then it's better not to do that by booking here!

A disaster. We booked months in advance. We sent a message a few days before letting us know what time we would arrive and they never responded. When you call they cut you off and WhatsApp doesn't respond. And there is never anyone in the supposed office they have. We had to book a nearby hotel because otherwise we would sleep on the street. After complaining to Booking they ended up canceling the reservation. That same day we were three couples with the same problem. A horrible experience. Not recommended at all.

I stayed at Sunnyside apartments in Laim from December 2020 until April 2021 and had no issues at all. The room is clean, comfortable and spacious and everything works well. Additionally, arranging access to the apartment including collection of the key out of hours was no problem at all. The landlady is very friendly and accommodating and I would recommend a stay here if you are looking for accommodation within Munich. Thank you for your hospitality.

Clean... nicely furnished, excellent price. Answer regarding check-in takes a while, but it only works. The TV is far too small and since the hallway is very reverberant and the door is very thin, you can hear the noise very much
