Super practical for us near the main station, we didn't miss anything in the rooms. Extremely friendly reception staff. A special request for our 3 reserved rooms was also fulfilled. Overall, everything worked out perfectly for us, thank you very much!

No air conditioning. Website says partly air conditioned which apparently means fans and window open.Staff are rude. When we asked about why it mentions air conditioning on the website (we thought maybe some rooms might have it) the front desk girl just replied saying she doesn’t write the website. We asked to get a refund and move and she said no as you’ve checked in already. We’ve been here for 3 minutes. Her final response was, it’s August 1 and summer of course it’s hot…

Pleasant stay, new facilities, friendly staff and excellent location. As for the tram, it's not that bad, although you can hear it when it passes, you can sleep perfectly. Because of that rule of 3, the entire city of Munich could not sleep, since the tram passes through almost all its streets. Also at night the frequencies decrease considerably. There are much worse noises than that. If I returned to Munich I would stay at this hotel again, good value for money.

The hotel is very well located, especially from the central train station, public transport is right in front of the hotel with tram and the metro nearby.  …

The rooms are a bit small, but absolutely functional. Everything is new, very fresh and clean. Absolutely top value for money, especially considering the proximity to the train station!Reception 24/7 and beers are also available if required 😀🍻Oh yes, there is also an underground car park with parking spaces

Location of the hotel is ideal. Room clean, but very noisy due to the constantly running train in front of the door. Quiet nights were out of the question. The breakfast is completely overpriced! A little more customer service couldn't hurt. The staff - whether at the reception or at breakfast - were very abrupt and grumpy. There is clearly room for improvement.Customer loyalty is different.

Second time I have stayed at this hotel and, again, I was very satisfied. Excellent location, very clean rooms, kind and attentive staff, especially the receptionist Ela, who helped us resolve a small problem with a late check out that I had forgotten to request in advance.

This is a great little hotel, yet another great Rick Steves recommendation! Is spotlessly clean, the beds are very comfortable, and it is in a great location - everything is about a 15 minute walk away, from Marienplatz to the museum district, and it is about a 5 minute walk to the main train station, much less to public transport. Great non -touristy street. Grocery store is around the corner, as are several pharmacies. Was a great deal for a family as well. Very friendly staff, and the hotel has a great "old Europe" feel to it (but is very modern - it's hard to explain; you'd know what I mean if you travelled in Europe in the 80s/90s). Only downside is that it is right beside the tram/streetcar tracks, so bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper. Recommended!
