The place is soo bad. Me and my family went 2 years ago and we all were indians but have a business in Portugal and we reserved 2 rooms for us 4 and “apparently” their computer “crashed” and we had to pay extra for getting a room even though we all showed them the proof and then still didnt accept and we had to pay and apparently we had to give €5000 for no reason and when we asked they say “it’s for reassurance” like as if we going to break something and also said it’s their policy and when we were there with an other customer they didn’t do the same thing as for them like they also had to give €5000 in advance but no it didn’t happen because they were White!! We asians don’t get a reputation and respect and they decide to rob us €5000 and also they gave us back €5000 at the end of the stay which is good but the room’s shutters were broken already. Fix your hotel staff mr owner

We stayed only one day, but it is very well located 15 minutes walk from Marianplaz. The people at the reception were friendly, it has free WiFi, the room is very spacious and with a large bathroom, in the restaurant they had a lunch menu, breakfast had a very complete free buffet, it has private parking that is paid if not for the surroundings you can park, a recommendable hotel.

We were guests at the hotel for a weekend (2 nights). The TG driveway/entrance is very steep, so not for lowered vehicles or sports cars. The parking spaces are really, really tight. Some of these are stages of a scissor system. Parking is therefore difficult. I would describe the regular parking price of 29 euros per day as outrageous (we “only” paid 16 euros per day because of a “double pass weekend” travel voucher). The check-in went smoothly and the staff was really very friendly.Room was a bit small, but sufficient and above all clean. Only the faucet in the bathroom splashed quite a bit. The smell in the hallway in front of the room (4th floor) was a bit musty, but in the elevator area it smelled fresh and good.We received a free meal at the hotel (as part of our voucher). Wiener Schnitzel with fries and salad. The schnitzel was good, the fries were a bit lacking. However, the salad was really bad because you had the impression that it had been made in the morning because there was hardly any dressing and the cucumber slices were already “dried out”.The breakfast the next morning left nothing to be desired. There is a large selection and the tables were cleared quickly. The dining room is unfortunately a bit small and cramped. It's difficult to walk between the tables.Overall, our stay was good and we can recommend the hotel for a short stay. The location near the main train station has advantages and disadvantages. But that's the case in every big city.

I had a reservation made from the same hotel's website, when I arrived they did NOT respect the price and charged me €20 more. There was a complimentary drink in the hotel cafeteria according to my reservation and the receptionist when checking in and mentioning it, in a very bad manner told me that we had a small bottle of water in the room!!! The mattresses are FATAL!!! HORRIFYING breakfast!!! The windows DO NOT close properly and there is dust in the room. I have been for work reasons about 50 times in Germany and always very good except in this hotel... EVER!!! NEVER!!! NEVER!!! I will visit the Hotel München City Center again!!! Impossible worse!!!
