Unfortunaly no service at all, you can only reach the host via email. And the rooms hardly represent the pictures, very small. Very disappointing

Unfortunately very poor price-performance ratio. Location ok, the rest is really not recommended. Towels are only changed sporadically. There are only 2 capsules of coffee, the owner is never on site, the outdoor area cannot be used. Some rooms are completely poorly renovated

We would not book this accommodation again. The bed is too soft, we didn't sleep particularly well. It was cool in the room, even after we turned up the heat it didn't really get any warmer. The room was very noisy, we always heard when other guests left or entered the house. The drain in the shower doesn't drain properly and at the end of the shower you end up standing in a lake. WLAN has a high potential for interference. In our opinion, the price is not justified due to the criticisms.Addendum to the owner's answer:- Sylt is not exactly known for warm temperatures and the outside temperature was sometimes 18 degrees, so it wouldn't have been bad if the heating had worked better.- You asked me how I was the first evening after I reported to you that the WiFi wasn't working. Logically, I hadn't slept in bed or showered yet.

The location is very central. In just a few minutes' walk you can reach the beach or the town center. For breakfast there is a very nice coffee shop nearby. Receiving the key worked perfectly, as did handing it over: there is a safe system that makes this possible.I read in the reviews that this is perceived as impersonal: if you prefer to have a reception, you just have to go to a 4-star hotel.The room is cleaned daily like in the hotel.There is a kettle and a Nespresso in the room: don't forget to take your favorite capsules with you.

Extremely bad service, everything is just self-service. If you ask, you as a customer are portrayed as brash and make strange claims ("You have no idea about Sylt prices and you should go to the South Seas"). Very strange operation...

Price-performance ratio is right. The rooms are cleaned daily. A kettle and coffee machine are available. The coffee capsules are refilled daily. The staff and owner were very friendly and helpful. The best thing is the proximity to the beach and promenade. Always my pleasure.
