A little pearl this house. A very friendly chambermaid welcomes you and takes the guest to the hotel room. Very spacious, fresh fruit...terrace with 2 chairs. Top. Breakfast, what more could the soul want - delicious egg dishes on a separate menu and again top service. Walking distance to downtown.

Super nice restaurant with excellent food. Very cozy. The service, almost all waiters were perfect. But one of the waiters who has been in service the longest clearly gets 2 stars deducted. Point 1. he empties the bottle of wine including the depot into the wine glass! Sorry, a foreign word. 2. When we ask for water for our dog, short answer, water is at the door. Still ok too. if there had been water there!

Highly recommended. Very high quality. Atmosphere relaxed, service perfect and courteous. Prices in a wide range, you don't have to overdo it, but you can 😊 (and it's worth it!)The crème brûlée was almost certainly as good as it was back in Quebec ;-) (best regards to the service)

Restaurant review. max. 3 stars.Big name. Great expectations. Big disappointment.The kitchen looks bored. Everything looks very old-fashioned. In terms of craftsmanship, you can no longer really live up to your own standards. More routine than big cinema and the kitchen classics can actually be so good when finely celebrated. The temperature of the food wasn't even right. Who lets something like that out of the kitchen uncontrollably...!?Positive: A beautiful house with many stories. It's very nice to sit anywhere in the house. The wine gallery in the cellar is interesting. Solid Sylt charm.

“Forever young.” They say that your grandchildren tell you that you're getting older. Completely different with Jörg Müller in Pesel on Sylt. Growing up there you were trained in culinary skills and pampered. His veal kidneys in champagne mustard sauce and the gratinated “Noilly Pat” sole fillets, unchanged, as always and great to enjoy, are a journey back in time. There is nothing to add...Sensational...the service is very attentive and makes everything possible...the ambience is very nice....come here and you immediately feel very comfortable.!!!There are a few more days to come to enjoy even more what creations "Mr. Jörg Müller" conjures up 👍🍀🥰

Super nice hotel and enjoyed an incredibly great evening in the restaurant. Even though we were by far the last guests, we didn't have the feeling that they wanted to get rid of us. Very hospitable and of course the kitchen is also great👍🏼Rooms were very clean and well maintained. The reception was also very friendly and accommodating. The service in the restaurant was uncomplicated and courteous. Of course the food was also very tasty!

No comment possible about the rooms as I have only been in the restaurant: Been here again after many years. JM has now given up his star, as one of his chefs told me, deliberately so that he can concentrate on his food and his guests. We thought he did a good job. Service, food and drinks were impeccable. We took a bottle of Solaris with us as a treat. This is a white wine that is grown at the Keitum Church. A surprisingly interesting drop.

A New Year's Eve menu at Jörg Müller in Westerland.a menu sequence that we liked.We wanted to treat ourselves to culinary delights, especially on New Year's Eve.All dishes were fresh, attractively presented and perfectly prepared.Unfortunately, the tables were very narrow and the many guests in the room did not allow a conversation across the table. Between courses, I sat on the bench with my wife so that we could sit next to each other and chat. So we had a few nice moments together on New Year's Eve.The service was friendly and competent and the menu was served relatively quickly, so we still had enough time to go to the beach to watch the hustle and bustle and fireworks along the promenade. It was nicer to watch the goings-on from the beach.
