It was a perfect accommodation for our travel! The reason is below:Firstly, Numa has a perfect concept. You handle everything with the password given to you.After completing the reservation, you receive a message and complete the check-in process via the internet browser or mobile app. A pin is assigned to you on the day of arrival. This pin opens the hotel door starting in the morning and allows you to put your belongings in the luggage locker before your check-in time. Then you enter your room with the same pin.The room is extremely spacious. It has sufficient equipment. We went in the fall and the heating worked very well. Also, everywhere was clean.Transportation is very easy from here. U3 goes directly to the city center. U1 and U7 are also convenient for you to reach your destination. There are bus stops right next to you.To get to the airport, you can take the U3 one stop and then arrive at the stop where S-Bahn trains pass.There is a large shopping mall, MediaMarkt and McDonalds within a 5-minute walk. There is also a large supermarket at the 24-hour gas station, where you can easily buy your basic needs.In short, if we come again, we can choose this place again and we can easily recommend it to you.We can stay in touch for more advice 🥰

So I had a friend you didnt have a place in munich, when he started studying in munich and he stayed in the Viktoria Apartments for six weeks. He had to switch rooms a lot and could only book for maybe a week or two and then switch. Which is of course fine if you stay there for a short time. But nonetheless sometimes he had a room thaat costed 80€/night and it was somewhat small and then a room for 60€/night which was a lot bigger. So if you are lucky you’ll get the second version haha. I can recommend going there, super easy check in and out!!

We wanted to attend a concert at the Olympic Stadium and therefore stay overnight nearby. The apartment is really well suited for this purpose.The rooms are spacious and clean, there is an elevator and also free luggage storage. Check in and check out went smoothly.Unfortunately there was no air conditioning and the previously booked breakfast was not available either. The chatbot couldn't give us reasons for this via WhatsApp, but a refund was promised over the phone.Update in October: a refund has still not been made...

Very reasonable price and comfortable room. Highly recommend using their site and becoming a member (for free) for free snacks and other options. Check-in and access was all digital and went very smoothly. The hotel is a very short walk from a convenient u-bahn stop as well as a shopping center with restaurants and a grocery store—very convenient location.The website said breakfast was available. (I didn't pay ahead of time for it.) We went to the breakfast room in the morning and nothing was there. Not sure what's going on with that. Fortunately it wasn't an issue for us.

Great place to stay. Clean and well managed, a 4 min walk to the U station and a 10 min ride to central Munich and the Oktoberfest. Large shopping mall and grocery shops next to the station. Easy access to the city from here. Really enjoyed our stay. Fairly priced as well.

Numa is great Aparthotel. Rooms are spacious with all kitchen facilities only the kitchen bar chairs as so high and not adjustable , plate and utensils are limited, if you can put some more that would be perfect.whatever the weather conditions. The location is great. Many attractions are nearby. A very good mall with all super markets, food, gadgets everything nearby at walkable distance.

The fully digital process from check-in to check-out without employees at reception is quite unusual. The long connecting corridors have no windows and are therefore quite stuffy. However, the room is quite nicely furnished and perfectly fine.

Room was clean and nice. We had a very hot weekend and without air conditioning it was tough. Fortunately they had put a fan in the room so that there was some air movement & it cooled down quickly in the evening so the windows were open and that allowed a good draft. You cannot keep windows open at night because it is an extremely busy road. I sleep through noises quite a lot, but even I was woken up by this, it looked like a race track, the cars were driving so fast and especially a lot of honking. Location is also perfect! 15 minutes walk from metro station, there is a bus stop on every corner & the Olympia Park is a 20 minute walk. You can easily rent scooters or bicycles and there is a shopping center a 10-minute walk away. Furthermore, you can reach the center of Munich in 20 minutes by metro. Contact with staff is easy, you don't see them and everything is done online, but I have had zero problems with this, and it's also wonderful that you don't see anyone. If contact was needed, she responded very quickly and friendly
