A very nice house with friendly, competent reception staff. Pool and fitness area are wonderful.Unfortunately the restaurant is not open on weekends.The breakfast is ok for a 2/3 star standard hotel, but definitely not for a hotel with a price for a double room of almost EUR 360 per night. The restaurant staff tries hard. Unfortunately, the dishes are often not clean.

We were really very satisfied with our stay. The rooms were modern and very clean, the spa area and especially the lounge are just great. The rich breakfast leaves nothing to be desired and the Franzbrötchen casserole is a dream. For guests without a car, the electric version of the BMW Isetta is perfect for exploring the island and can be booked at reception.

We stayed at the Wyn Strandhotel at the beginning of October and were very satisfied from the first minute and felt welcome at all times. The room was clean and very nicely decorated. The breakfast buffet left nothing to be desired. The rolls were fresh and the selection was extensive and varied. The warm rice pudding and the Franzbrötchen casserole were particularly incredibly tasty. The staff was always attentive and friendly.The location of the hotel was also great. Very central and Westerland was only a few minutes walk along the promenade. We would come back at any time!

An advance payment was required at check-in.Our room was too small.Bread and rolls were every other day from the day before.One day our room wasn't cleaned.

As usual, very relaxed stay with great, friendly service.Swimming pool is a key highlight of the hotel. The breakfast service was again very good, unfortunately the evening restaurant appearance still needs work (but that will come!).We definitely felt very comfortable again, as we have done for over 30 years during the BASF days. We want to come back next year and are already looking forward to it.Thank you!!!

A beautiful, quiet hotel right behind a dune on the beach. Pool, sauna and bar on the 5th floor with views of the North Sea. Excellent breakfast and very nice staff.

Unfortunately we were not satisfied with the room. Everything is far too small and poorly furnished. The curtains were stained, the walls desperately needed a fresh coat of paint and the skirting boards hadn't been dusted for weeks. The paneling no longer fits properly in places and gives a shabby impression. There is no exhaust air in the bathroom and the shower enclosure is too small, so the whole bathroom was completely wet/flooded.Unfortunately, there was also a very unpleasant smell upstairs in the pool area of the spa, so you didn't want to swim for that long and the cushions on the loungers were stained. Otherwise the bar and wellness area was very nice. The breakfast is also generous and very tasty. Unfortunately, many of the plates there are not clean either. The same dirty plate that I had sorted out the day before was found again in the pile the next day, unwashed. Very unpleasant!Unfortunately we wouldn't visit the hotel again because the price/performance doesn't match at all. Too many minus points. Unfortunately.

Surprisingly beautiful! Everything was very clean and tidy, very nice staff. A beautiful rooftop bar with a brilliant view of the North Sea. Centrally located right on the beach and within walking distance to everything.

Good hotel if you have a room on the upper floor with a view of the lake. The restaurant is closed for 2 days a week. However, eating outside is possible everywhere. Sauna etc. everything is clean there. Suitcases must be brought into the rooms yourself.

We only used the DaySpa and ate something beforehand.I had requested 2 months in advance, first lunch and then the DaySpa from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m.I can't recommend the food, it was vacuumed next to us and the food wasn't really warm.The DaySpa was excellent for this.You get a bathrobe, slippers and a towel (included in the price).The massage with Marion was incredible (she deserves another 5 stars with her healing hands)
