Well, I was there for one night.. Room 339 sea view almost 500€ per night with breakfast... I'm shocked and stunned never again!!!! couldn't open the window because there was wind!!! Wind at the sea!!?? Ventilation or air conditioning no because eco hotel… not on Kipp either!!! I thought that 5 children were rioting in the closet!!! Couldn't sleep from 3am onwards in the main entrance to have some peace and quiet!! Hotel staff asked what was going on??!! Briefly explained and everyone knew!!!! Room service took over 2 hours until the food was terribly bad...for one of the most expensive hotels on List!!!...The apology from the hotel 15% on the next booking!!!! Nope…. Shuttle service spontaneously no!! Taxi service no!! Bicycle service from 4 p.m. nope!!! I'm done with the hotel. Sorry

It's a great hotel, it's a nice hotel but there are also some minor flaws.I sat a little further away in the lobby from the reception - there was no guest at the reception - and simply called them. Because I had problems with accessibility when booking. And I've now tested this! There was no guest at the reception and I was simply pushed away. You could hear I was being answered and then I was redirected to the booking hotline.If you don't feel like making a phone call, you'll simply be pushed away.

Were welcomed very friendly. Rooms are ok. Food good to very good. If the room door doesn't close properly you will be laughed at. No remedy was found, unfortunately we had to slam the door. …

Massage was great. Overall good, but there are increasingly small things that could be improved. The paint is starting to crumble, but you can have a nice time here.

The waiters and chefs are particularly praiseworthy, whose service and culinary creations contributed to a particularly pleasant stay.The ambience of the hotel is extremely appealing and creates a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. In addition, the hotel offers comprehensive on-site amenities, including an extensive rental offering, to make your stay even more comfortable. Particularly positive is the excellent children's club, which enables the entire family to enjoy the time to the fullest.Overall, the hotel represents a first-class option that is great for both adults and children. It is therefore fully recommended for family holidays and stays where both comfort and first-class service are valued.

The worst 5-star hotel in sight - here the price for performance doesn't match, even in local comparison.First of all: The List location on Sylt in the middle of the dunes leaves little to be desired if you want to relax in peace for a few days. The outdoor area of ​​the spa brings joy as long as the sun shines. Therefore 4 stars for the location and a small deduction for the view of the construction site.2 stars for the rooms, which are basically decent, but on the one hand have been overtaken by average 3 to 4 star hotels and on the other hand are probably suffering from the hotel's profit transfer to its parent company - there is clearly not enough maintenance done here (e.g. walls in need of painting ). This is also reflected in the rest of the hotel.Now about the serviceWith the best will in the world, I cannot explain the arrogance, arrogance and zero-goodwill policy with which guests are treated. I can only give our impressions, an excerpt:1. On the day of arrival we were confirmed that the limousine transfer would take place in the evening (coordination via reception).I noticed 30 minutes before the planned departure that the safe had a defect (again coordination via reception), whereupon, after repeated requests - only on the second call - a technician came who at least opened the safe (it remained open overnight...). We set off a few minutes late, now without a limousine service because there weren't enough staff for that anyway.Interestingly, the trip was confirmed and shortly before a guest took the same ride.We were then transferred to a taxi, whose waiting time we had to pay - without informing us in advance or asking. The taxi was also there before our original departure time.My complaint about this at reception was skillfully dismissed and justified with the comparison that the limousine ride would have been about the same price as the (significantly higher) taxi price. Well, yes. No comparison in my opinion.2. Given that the hotel is a wellness oasis, it is significant that if you are staying for a longer period of time you can only book any treatment on the departure date, because there is simply no staff available beforehand. I'm sorry, what?3. Room service took towels, but no fresh towels were replenished. I had to ask for towels three times over eight hours that day. Each time you wanted to take care of it, but on the third reminder late in the evening it worked. In between, I got myself towels for showering in the spa.Leftover dishes from the previous day were skillfully left behind by room service.On another occasion, room service arrived while we were away and left the room door open, so we found our room after dinner. Also exciting.4. After 1.5 days I was no longer interested in this hotel and asked for an early departure (cost-neutral).Since I had already been laughed at in my earlier complaint about the expensive taxi meter, I had little hope. I should be right: reference was made to the current legal situation and that, given the existing grievances, no cost-neutral cancellation of the remaining nights was possible.Dear A-ROSA: I would like to point out the current mood of your guests. I'm happy to pay for the first nights, which are already overpriced, but do you seriously think that people will ever return to one of your houses like this? Hardly.4. The service in the restaurant is really friendly, but completely overwhelmed. Here, too, there is a lack of staff and even if the shortage of skilled workers is an issue everywhere, in the hospitality industry you have to think in terms of solutions and you cannot serve any number of guests. We and our table neighbors were only able to order water at the end of our dinner (half-board buffet) (approx. 40 minutes without service).What can I say: I regret booking and won't be coming back.

This was our fifth time here. It will be the last time. |We have noticed over the years how the quality of service, training and behavior of employees has slowly but steadily declined. …

We had a very nice time thereHotel. The rooms were well equipped and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was really excellent and had something for every taste - there were even enough vegan and vegetarian products. The service and friendliness was really excellent and needs to be particularly emphasized here: unfortunately we forgot a shirt in our room when we left, which was sent home to us free of charge. This is not a given. The staff at reception and the bar were always very friendly and helpful, despite the hotel being fully booked. We would love to come back and have reserved a room for next year :).
