We were in transit and wanted to eat, it worked out, the food was tasty, we got a table without a reservation and even though there was a large party arriving. The prices are already high, but they are now normal for Germany.We ate roulade (red cabbage was a bit cold) but the rest was very well cooked, meat was super tender and the pumpkin pasta was also very tasty.Would choose it again.The dining room is large and therefore a bit uncomfortable.Service friendly and accommodating.

Very nice service, very good food. Large selection of special beers from our own production.If you have to drive to the door - this is possible thanks to the Zeitzgrund via Schleifreisen. But if you like walking, you can of course hike through the Zeitzgrund to the brewery inn.

We're not allowed to have lunch here. Full inside and no dogs, in the wonderful beer garden when the weather is great there are only snacks. At lunchtime. Staff completely inflexible. Was here last time.

Rating of the inn: I draw a mixed conclusion - very high-quality ambience, but there is no coziness in the dead quiet guest room. We didn't find the food appropriate to the high prices in terms of taste and quantity. A part on the small menu was not there, e.g. B. Red cabbage for roulade (!). The less present service with some limited German language skills is rather reserved, friendly, but not warm. Our group was not greeted at all. So, we were a little disappointed.

We spontaneously stopped here today while hiking through the Zeitzgrund.There aren't just "standard" dishes on the menu here and we found our food incredibly tasty.The atmosphere is very chic and the staff is very friendly.For a short stop, there is also a kind of snack bar in front of the restaurant with a small but nice offering, which we might try on our next hike.

!!The best beer is here!!Sensational, full-bodied, natural, hoppy beer... various varieties on offer - all very drinkable and put together by the master brewer himself.My favorite: Maibock!!And the food is an explosion of pleasure that rounds off the visit in its perfection.Thanks for the great eating and drinking experienceI'll definitely be back!

Great inn in Zeitzgrund. Very cozy and welcoming. Very nice staff. The brewery tour (pre-registered) was very interesting. There is delicious home-brewed beer. Nice area to switch off. Easy to reach by train. We also enjoyed the short detour to the Teufelstal Bridge and the Century Stone. All in all, highly recommended! THANK YOU VERY MUCH
