Very nice accommodation, especially if you are traveling with the family. Two apartments can be combined to form one huge apartment, which is great for larger groups of visitors. The apartments are well equipped. Everything you need is there. You have peace and quiet here as the house is located just outside Warendorf. But you can quickly get to Warendorfe by bike or car if you want.

We spontaneously decided to go on holiday in Münsterland and were thrilled by the pages of the guest house by the pond in Warendorf. The loft-shaped holiday apartment appealed to us immediately. Super clean, bright with floor-to-ceiling windows, you could enjoy the sunrise or sunset from your bed. In a great environment with very friendly landlords, not forgetting Bonnie, the farm dog. Luckily we had 11 days of sun and were able to explore the surrounding area on a well-developed network of cycle vehicles. The afternoon coffee at Austermann is definitely part of it.

Satisfactory in itself, but there are two less pleasing aspects: The shower has extremely little water pressure. When I pointed this out to the host via WhatsApp and asked her to take a look at it, there was no response. Two days later the cleaner came to bring the toilet paper I requested and said she would address the water pressure issue again. The problem was not resolved during our stay, nor was there any further response to our request.Furthermore, we were not informed when the exact check-out time was. When we were having breakfast around 11:30, our room door suddenly opened - the cleaner was supposed to clean the room. Shortly afterwards the hostess appeared to tell us that the next guests would be arriving at 3pm and that we had to leave the room. I find this to be a very undiplomatic approach and not very hospitable. We left the room within 20 minutes and then waited two hours for our ride. If we had been told a time from the start, it wouldn't have been necessary to wait two hours outside the door.The room is neat and clean, as is the bathroom. There is a hairdryer available, there is a Smart TV with internet access, toaster, coffee machine and kettle. So there's nothing to complain about.

An absolutely magical place! From Scottish cattle to horses and peacocks, there is an incredible amount to discover here. The apartment is modern, minimalist and luxuriously furnished in a stylish design, absolutely clean and spacious. My day started like a bed in the clouds with a wonderful view of nature. The landlady is super friendly and accommodating. I'm already looking forward to my next visit to this wonderfully beautiful holiday apartment! See you soon!

Extremely beautiful place and clean apartments at luxury standards. There is a lot to discover and see - lots of beautiful animals to watch and relaxed, shaded outdoor seating for barbecuing and chilling out. Landlords were always helpful and friendly. There are also leisure rooms with table football and air hockey. Great vacation guaranteed.

The apartment is the most beautiful I've had the pleasure of staying in so far! I don't know why the other reviews talk about a landlord, since it's a landlady. She is super sweet and understanding. The apartment is clean with attention to detail. Everything seems very new.The surroundings and the view from the window are also really nice to look at.

It was super nice. The host family is very nice and helpful. The apartments are beautifully bright, very clean and furnished with great attention to detail. The yard is beautifully landscaped. We felt very comfortable.
