Great range of meat from Münsterländer Angus beef, straight from the farm.

I took a break with my son (2 years old) and I don't regret my stay at the holiday farm at all. We will definitely take a break on this farm again next year. The kids can ride in the tractor when feeding the bulls and looking for eggs every morning is also great

We have just been guests at Bettmanns for a week with our son (8)! The staff is super friendly and the food (half board) was also very good!We were able to talk to everyone who was part of the business, questions (about many things relating to the farm) were always answered very comprehensively! Here we parents were able to relax and unwind while our junior explored the area! I can't understand the many bad reviews (completely unrealistic, because you can't do it without complaining)...that's probably because many people only know a farm from television (ARD, ZDF?) or from children's books! I myself grew up in the country (50 years ago) and know quite a few farms (standard: cows, bulls, pigs, cats, dogs, no sheep, goats, or rodents)! And if you can't stand the "stench" of pigs, you'd better spend your vacation in Mallorca, including drinking! And if you think the bulls aren't clean enough, you can get a bucket of water and a brush and groom and clean them! We will definitely book a room again next year and enjoy our time there! Thank you very much for this great hospitality!!!

Just like 30 years ago, you can relax and unwind! But don't forget that children have priority, but as a couple there were enough opportunities to retreat!

Very nice farm, all the employees were very open and nice. Every summer the Angus cattle are out on the pasture to graze. You can still inspect the few fattening bulls and even ride on the tractor during the daily feeding. In addition, eggs are collected every morning together with the guests, which is a great experience, especially for the children. Generally a very nice farm to relax and enjoy the beautiful expanses of the Münsterland. Bicycles and karts are also provided with which you can go for a walk, for example. I also felt very comfortable at Hof Bettmann.

Really a great experience for young and old whether to switch off or really get started activities like riding a Kettcar, driving eggs from the chickens, driving a tractor and so on. I wish you a wonderful holiday experience in the country

I spent a short week on the farm with my 11 year old daughter. The rooms were spacious and very clean, but also noisy. The Bettmann family and all the employees (?) were very friendly and informative. You could move around the farm freely and enter and explore (almost) all of the stables. The breakfast was varied and extensive. The cherry on top would have been scrambled eggs.I would recommend the farm for a family holiday with children up to primary school age.

Beautiful farm with enough space. Price-performance in the midfield. Mattresses with Kullerkuhle... The depressions in the bed that attract you like a black hole and that you can't even escape from a professional fetal position.
