We were in Böblingen for work and to spend our strategy days there. We also booked the conference area on site for this purpose.The location was perfect - central enough to get to the train station and the city quickly, with a shopping center within walking distance, but still quiet enough for a restful night and the lake in the immediate vicinity offered a great walk after work.The conference room was also very well prepared and had everything you needed (whiteboard, presentation case, screen, WiFi, drinks, coffee, etc.).We can highly recommend the ipartment in Böblingen and will definitely come back! :)

Location is very good, apartment is large and modern with plenty of space and a fully furnished kitchen.But the bed was too small. Something like 1.40 aka one and a half person (in site offer it was written 1.60m, incorrect information). The answer from the employee was "This is a standard bed".Other downside is that the towels were dirty and stained.“Reception” is only open a few hours a day.

It is close to Böblingen station, with convenient transportation and good living functions. Just past the underground tunnel is a shopping mall where you can eat and shop. Check-in is self-service. Be sure to receive the enter number one or two days before check-in, otherwise you will not be able to enter. The room can be turned on, so all equipment is available, including microwave, induction cooker, dishwasher, kitchen waste machine, refrigerator, and tableware.

I went on TDY to Stuttgart and stayed here ..it's 10 min from Patch BRKS . Close to a regular size mal, and there is a train station right next to it . Good location. Rooms are clean and equipped with a kitchen and appliances.

I am happy in general with experience. The location is perfect. Close to Böblingen Railway station. Near from Rewe, Mercaden, Poco and other malls. The kitchen is good, the staff is pleasant. They are always Helpful.Flugfeld is fun. The taxi stand is also near. You have e scooters accessible easily.

We stayed here for three months while searching for an apartment in Germany. Our room was well-designed and maintained. The building is heated nicely. The location is very nice, close to S-Bahn and a shopping center. Most importantly, the people in the office were very kind, helpful, and solution-oriented. We would stay here again.

Centrally located hotel within a short distance of the train station. The rooms are modernly furnished but unfortunately there are no maintenance measures taking place. What is defective remains defective, such as the door of the existing kitchenette or the holder for the shower head. Room service is every 14 days, with an additional charge every week. Unfortunately, people often forget to place an initial toilet paper roll here... Unfortunately, the reception is not sufficiently staffed for a businessman (hours from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.).

Ipartment Böblingen is firmly in my planning when I work in Stuttgart. The service/apartment 5 stars, but Jan is the good soul on site and in my case he quickly found the solution - and clarified everything with Hamburg - thanks to the team

The iPartment Böblingen only opened in 2020, so everything is very new.The building is right next to Böblingen train station (also with S-Bahn and bus connections), and there are Stadtmobil cars in the parking lot opposite. Thanks to the thick walls, the background noise is very pleasant, despite the proximity of the train station.On the other side of the train station is the Mercaden shopping center, which includes an Edeka, and a German post office with a packing station next door. However, mail can also be sent directly to the iPartment address, which is regularly distributed by on-site employees. There is also a medical center with a pharmacy right next door to the iPartment, as well as a bakery etc.There is a laundry room in the house, the machines are booked there via app and the prices are cheaper than in laundromats in Böblingen. There is also an underground car park and a garbage room.The rooms are cleaned, including changing towels/bed linen, every 2 weeks; the frequency can be adjusted upon request.In summary, I really enjoy being here. The staff are very nice and the rooms are really nice. You have everything you need in the immediate vicinity, so the location is really great.
