A little away from the district town of Aalen, you can find very good cuisine here with large portions and moderate prices. The family-run restaurant offers good and friendly service. We have always felt very comfortable and come here regularly. Reservations make sense as it is always very busy.

We didn't stay overnight, but we got a table at the restaurant at short notice for Mother's Day. The large adjoining room was quite full but we were still served quickly. The food was delicious. Hats off, because they have their catering business under control here! And the prices are okay and the staff is friendly. Therefore a full 5 stars from me.

Yes Essingen is a small town with a beautiful park and church. The hotel was well situated for me. Not far from work + there is also a bank 5 minutes away or a bakery nearby. Food is very good. There are also 1-2 vegetarian dishes.Staff 1A. Varied breakfast also 1A. Room clean. Bed is good too.So highly recommended!

Really good meal.Had asparagus with pork fillet and beef fillet with pepper sauce.Everything to the point.I haven't eaten so well in a long time.Kudos to the kitchen.

A pearl of upscale gastronomy with a perfect price-performance ratio, the rooms are even very cheap.A good, not exaggerated selection of dishes, tasted perfect.The service is nice and professional, the atmosphere is very homely and yet modern (like everything here!)The canned specialties and homemade spaetzle are also highly recommended: a poem!We'd love to come back next year!

Hey, I was staying in a room as a guest at the beginning of July 2023 and found a flea in my bed on the day I left. The owners called a pest controller who found “nothing” there and the blame lay with me. I don't own any pets or have been in contact with a dog or cat flea, but it is still suggested that my pillow is to blame since it unfortunately only had to be thrown away after my moderate stay.Perhaps it is advisable to spend a little more money and get a higher standard.During this period I also had to identify what were supposed to be bites, which according to the doctor were classified as flea bites/bed bug bites.No further solution to the problem was offered because the pest controller could find “nothing” and the owner would be blamed on me.I can't say anything positive or negative about the restaurant or food because I was only there to sleep.
