Charming hotel. I spend one night in a cosy room. It was clean and with all the needed commodities. The restaurant is good and I had a traditional and delicious Schnitzel. The breakfast was great as well.

Very nice and perfectly clean room. Sure it’s not a 4 star hotel but for 55€ you get a clean single room with a firm mattress and large bathroom . For 6€ more you get a great breakfast. The Dutch couple is very nice and helpful. The parking is free and large enough for big cars or vans with no height limit . If you have a traveler you can park there too. There is also a Nette gas station close to the hotel where fuel prices are 30 cents per liter cheaper than in highway . I forgot to say that the wifi is fast and reliable on all levels. Rooms are not adequate for people with limited mobility because there are no lifts.

On my motorcycle tour late in the evening on Friday near Bad Zwesten, I realized that I would no longer be able to get to my planned campsite. A quick look at Google maps and the Ratskeller Niederurff was suggested to me. Prices and reviews seemed ok. Availability was not clear. Drove there immediately, but the doors were already closed. A friendly neighbor recommended that I park the moped and just retrieve it. It was opened to me straight away and I actually got a room and a beer with a nice conversation. Check-in was quick and easy.About the building: A wonderful old piece of local history. I couldn't get enough of all the details. Not renovated to death. That means: Nice guest room, but on the floors above it is a bit noisy and you can also hear the original old beams cracking. This may bother some people, but it has to be that way.My room 5 had everything you need as a traveler: bed, closet, shower, toilet, WiFi. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to enjoy the cuisine that is often praised here, but the breakfast was very good and extensive after a pleasant night's sleep.Thank you very much for the friendly welcome. The address will definitely remain saved. Any time and for longer

While traveling through Germany, completely unexpectedly, in Bad Zwesten, a restaurant run by a Dutch owner, had a super tasty meal. Good service and kitchen.

Not a super modern hotel, but the rooms were clean, large and comfortable. We had nothing to complain about and felt very comfortable. The food in the restaurant was also very tasty. Good selection of different German dishes, not just standard dishes like schnitzel.

Stayed for three nights in this beautiful guest house. The rooms are simple, but everything we needed (as far as we were concerned) was available. The beds were wonderful and the shower was wonderful. The breakfast buffet was excellent and was regularly replenished.The icing on the cake for us was dinner. We had a delicious meal for three days. Compliments to the chef. 😀The surroundings are also truly beautiful. You walk a few hundred meters and you are in the middle of nature.If you like peace and quiet and good food, I can highly recommend the Ratskeller in Niederurff.

An authentic and cozy place to eat and stay. We stayed here for 1 night on the way home from southern Europe.Only comment is that it was hot in the room because there was no AC and fan.

The Ratskeller Niederurff has a small beer garden by the stream. Clear menu.We chose the cordon bleue and roulade.Both delicious. You can choose the side dishes.Portions medium large. Price performance is ok. It just takes a while for the food to arrive. You should have time.

A very rustic inn that is over 500 years old. If you're looking for the most modern equipment, you've definitely come to the wrong place. But if you want to stay in a friendly, family-run atmosphere, this is the right place for you.Breakfast is good and sufficient, value for money is definitely good. Eating in the restaurant also leaves nothing to be desired.The parking lot is within walking distance of about 150m from the hotelGladly again.

Owners are very nice, the rooms are very outdated. Building is very old and rooms haven't been renovated in ages but are clean.
