The place is comfortable, for security, you don't need to be afraid, the security guard is 24 hours ready, there are lots of rooms, the prices are affordable, you don't need to worry about eating because there are quite a lot, at most it's a 400m walk from the hotel. The ATM is also close so don't worry, it's close to restaurants too

OK for that price. Only the bathroom is a bit smelly and dirty. Then there is an additional fee when you want to check in because the price is different from the application.

NOT RECOMMENDED!!!When checking in I was asked for another 110 thousand. He said the price on the Agoda application was different from the hotel, so I wanted a refund if I had already paid. There are lots of fast/late check-in rules for paying 100 thousand. What's the fine of 100 thousand? If you don't use an ID card to guarantee your money, it's already like you're missing out. The receptionist Ndut is definitely not smiling.

The price doesn't match the application, I've already paid, I'm told to pay another 200k+, the receptionist is rude. The AC can't be turned on using the remote, it has to be done manually.

Really surprised, when I checked in I was asked for Rp. 40 thousand again, citing an error in the promo system. The bathroom couldn't be closed tightly from the outside, the atmosphere in the corridor of the room was not at all calm, it was often noisy like the sound of the door being closed loudly, people were talking even after midnight. The room curtains were very dirty, and the wardrobe smelled bad when you opened it. Luckily we only booked 1 day, the next day we were at the hotel, the price was the same but much better.

Yes, it's true that the receptionist was really rude and not very friendly, he was asked for another 35 thousand when checking in with the excuse that the application had errors making his own promos, he said.2. The floor of the room is still dirty with hair, the bed is also not clean, the lights in the room are dark.Anyway, I don't want to come back here anymore. for anyone who wants to go on holiday to Bandung, don't ever stay here!! Bad service due to not being entered in the system even though I had ordered 2 days before departure on Agoda and there was no cancellation. OBVIOUSLY VERY DISAPPOINTING, if there are several people who have failed by purchasing the BLACKLIST application, no one should order. The money has arrived, I can't check in

VERY VERY BAD service. receptionist JUDES, JUTEK,We booked via the OYO application, and cashless when we arrived at the location we were asked to pay an additional 30 thousand per room on the grounds that the price difference was due to the contract with OYO which had not yet been resolved regarding the price increase. I want to ask to see the complicated contract later, the problem is they are asking for the money that is responsible, I want to argue that the money is small, don't argue that it's enough, right? If we haven't paid, it's better to leave, don't stay there, we've already paid and we're too lazy to get a refund.not to mention the rooms are not comfortable, the rooms are old and the AC is not cold. the mattress is quite soft, towels are provided. Bad TV. The toilet is also bad.KAPOOKKKK, for others it's better to just choose another hotel. not this one. Entering the hotel is more short time, beware of being raided later. wow..
