I traveled to Bad Kissingen last year as part of a national education project and I was very satisfied with this hotel. I shared my room with two friends and even the sofa bed was very comfortable! Everything was very clean and the staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast was varied and excellent, and the prices were reasonable. I was also pleasantly surprised that the waitress spoke Croatian. Overall, I think this hotel is the right choice for a quiet and pleasant holiday in such a wonderful city. I would totally recommend it!

Nice receptionists, the rooms are a bit gloomy depending on the location, so you need neon lights even during the day. The sanitary facilities need a refresh. The location is very convenient due to its proximity to the train station. The WiFi in the hotel is unstable, no matter which floor. You won't smell or hear the attached restaurant if you close the windows quickly enough. We liked it a lot.

We stayed 3 nights in a newly renovated apartment and felt very comfortable. Nothing was missing, the beds were super comfortable for us, the balcony was at the back, it was quiet.At the time there was a parking permit that allowed you to park fairly close to the hotel.Everything was within walking distance.We were warmly welcomed and said goodbye. Here you can enjoy quiet days.

We took a short trip and had nothing to complain about. Everything you needed was there. We were 5 people and finding a hotel is not easy. We were very pleased that we were all housed in one room and that everyone still had their own retreat. You could go in and out quietly, it's a very quiet hotel and it was also very pleasant. We found the price-performance ratio to be great. Especially since all other hotels were significantly more expensive. We had a lovely weekend and left happy and satisfied.

The staff is very nice.We booked a room for 4 people and unfortunately it was only prepared for 2 people. After we asked, someone else came and prepared the sofa bed for us and brought towels. In general, we found it a bit too expensive for a shared room (72 euros per couple).We had planned breakfast there and asked the evening before whether we needed to make a reservation. (You didn't have to). After checking out at 10 a.m. on New Year's Day (which was also a little early for us) we wanted to go to the restaurant and we didn't get anything. According to the lady, breakfast is only available until 11 and yet we were sent away again at 10.30 a.m. We then spontaneously had to look for something in the city...Check in was super easy with a safe in front of the apartments even when the reception was no longer staffed.

I have just been a guest in this beautiful apartment hotel twice in quick succession for several days in different room sizes and felt very comfortable there.Always very clean and well maintained, only the shower could use a little more water pressure and temperature stability.The beds are great, a radio alarm clock is provided.The kitchenette is really very well equipped, even with a dishwasher and microwave, depending on the size of the room. I booked without breakfast.If you like it quiet, you should book towards the back, as the street side is often busy in the evenings/nights.Bicycle boxes are new, so even expensive e-bikes are in good hands and not too expensive at EUR 2 per night. Guests receive a parking permit for their car, which allows them to park nearby free of charge.The location is ideal, directly opposite the Saale Clinic, very close to the spa park and within walking distance of the city center.Customer requests are responded to in a very friendly manner.I would stay here again at any time, the price-performance ratio is unbeatable for Bad Kissingen!

After so many relaxing and very nice stays in this house, the current stay was unfortunately very affected by a change of tenant in the attached restaurant. There was constant noise throughout the week at all times of the day and evening. Unfortunately, there were hardly any quiet minutes on the balcony at the best time of summer. Unfortunately we had no information about this. The question remains, if the new restaurant tenant's terrace is used until 9:30 p.m., whether a quiet evening on the balcony will still be possible.

Very beautiful, lovingly furnished house with a dignified flair, as befits Bad Kissingen. Ms. Kanz is very concerned about the well-being of her guests. We didn't lack anything. We'd love to come back.
