I stayed at the Drenther Heideschaf for 4 nights and it was really great!From the bed you can look directly at the beautiful lake, which was very little visited during the week despite the holidays.The communication was great and everything was there on site - from the coffee machine, kettle, dishes, washing up bowl, to the parasol, bean bags and deck chairs. You can also rent SUPs and bicycles and some drinks and coffee pods are available for purchase in the sheepfold.Fly screens would be great so you can leave the window open even with the lights on.

Clearly recommended!The cars are in good shape and very lovingly designed. The owner provides a lot of things for the tenants: outside seating, parasol, coffee machine, a place in the shared refrigerator,... Communication was always very friendly and quick.The only improvement we would have liked was mosquito nets on the windows. ;-)The campsite, the sanitary facilities and the lake were very clean.Thank you

This is our second time here and we love it! The cars are very clean and everything is organized very lovingly. The rolls are even delivered in the morning - a dream! Mr. Schatz and his girlfriend are extremely friendly and the communication by email, telephone and in person is very pleasant.We feel very comfortable here and will definitely be visiting again often!Thanks

Wonderful long weekend. Despite the rainy weather, it was cozy and warm in the car. There would have been the option of adding a second mattress under the bed. However, we didn't do that. There was enough space for us with our 5-month-old daughter. Next year, when she is 1.5 years old, we will book one of the larger cars. We are really looking forward to coming back.

Beautiful shepherd's wagon - what a special opportunity to get away from everyday life.The shepherd's wagons are super cozy and smell so pleasantly of wood, with great attention to detail. We slept very well and enjoyed the peace and quiet there. So close and yet so beautiful and special that you can completely switch off. Absolute heart recommendation!

The shepherd's wagon is very comfortable and beautifully furnished, super clean and with a lot of attention to detail. Small refrigerator. Inviting beds. Bed linen and towels - everything available. Top. We used the coffee machine and bread roll service. Very very good. Each car has an outdoor seating area in front of the door. We slept very well. Unfortunately the weather wasn't so good. I can only recommend the Schatzi shepherd wagons. It's something completely different. Thank you dear familyDaniela Goettmann

We spent 2 nights in the Rhönschaf and can highly recommend it. The communication in advance was very warm and friendly, even rebooking at short notice was no problem. We also used the bread roll service and can only agree that the cinnamon rolls taste great. However, the shepherd's wagons are closer together than we expected, so a star deduction. Nevertheless, we had peace and quiet, a great view of the lake and really enjoyed our time there. We can highly recommend Schatzi's shepherd wagon.

Last week the two of us stayed at the "Coburger Fuchsschaf" for 2 nights and felt very comfortable. The shepherd's wagon offers plenty of space and is beautifully and practically furnished. The campsite's sanitary facilities are excellent and the communication with the landlords is excellent. When using the refrigerator in the Fuchsschaf, you should make sure that it is not on level 5, but on level 2 or 3, otherwise the vegetables will freeze.Highly recommended!

Super nice. There is also a refrigerator with drinks that you can get for little money in the so-called sheepfold. Everything is there and Mr. Schatz is super friendly. We weren't there last time

The shepherd's wagons are very quiet, but still close to the lake for swimming. The interior was designed with a lot of love. The contact with the owner was very warm and the response was quick. Linen and towel service included and very neat. I didn't use the bread roll service. But great offer. I'll definitely come again

It was super nice, great cars, beautiful swimming lake - friendly landlord - everything was great!A big plus: everything you need is there!!! We were traveling by bike and were happy about the luxury: a grill, washing up liquid, tea towel, drinks, everything was there!Great - thank you very much for the lovely days!

A really great place to stay! The small Drenther car is completely sufficient for 2 people and is very comfortable and very well equipped. The associated campsite is also great. The sanitary facilities are very good. The lake is very beautiful. Everything overall very relaxed. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating! Totally recommended. Always my pleasure. The Schatzi bakery (1.5 kilometers away - also easy to reach on foot) is also worth a visit! Great cinnamon rolls and also the small “mini breads” with caraway seeds are highly recommended. But there is also a delivery service. Simply great. Thank you!
