This “hotel” is a disgrace. It starts at check-in where you have to be very lucky that one of the cleaning staff happens to be there to give you a key. The hotel is extremely old and you can see that it is simply left to decay. In addition, the whole hotel is extremely dirty. The former breakfast room is now a kebab shop, the owner of which complains about regular water damage, which we noticed by chance. The prices were a disgrace for the service, even if the location of the hotel is really great.

The only advantage with this hotel is the location. We had planned a visit to Berlin for two days with the most important sights. This hotel was very centrally located and right next to the subway and tram. In terms of price, it was cheap for Berlin. That's why we didn't expect anything. The tram in front of the house often interrupted the night with squeaking noises when turning.Simple room with the simplest furniture.

DISASTER!!!we returned in the evening and there were other guests in our room, our things disappeared and stolen by the staff who only returned them under threats and shouts! We had to call the police to manage everything and in the end we even found ourselves having to look for another hotel and pay for it!NOT RECOMMENDED!!!

Never again... Be careful when booking with Booking.com if you cancel, keep the entire amount of your booking, it will not be refunded. I have from August 12th to 19th. 2024 for 7 nights for the shaved bed contribution 469.80 euros. Unfortunately, for health reasons (Corona Virus positive), I had to cancel. Despite the problem, not a single cent was refunded. Not recommended

The location is great (although right above a kebab). Tram is right outside the door. The rooms are extremely bad. Toilet in the hallway, no TV, WiFi connection didn't work on the 3rd floor. Windows are broken. No lamp by the bed. Floors and wallpaper dirty. The stairwell was really unpleasantly dingy.Bedding was clean, otherwise it wouldn't have been enough "just to stay overnight".This is really a dump and not recommended. It's a shame that it's advertised as a bargain on some platforms ("lucky, otherwise it's often fully booked"... it would have been better for us!).Ergo: never again! For us it was now 2 nights just to sleep.

Room: dirty, there is blood on the walls, bathroom extremely dirty.Linens and beds were dingy. There was no attention on site, no contact person, no response to phone calls. The room door couldn't be locked. No response to the complaint, the complaint was already made on the day of arrival and nothing was done. Luckily, new accommodation was found

I spent a weekend in the hotel with two friends and didn't expect much for the price, but there was one question left unanswered at the end of our trip to Berlin.Did we sleep in a bathroom or shower in a bedroom?
