Great, very individual hotel on Potsdamer Straße in the middle of Berlin. Everything is a bit friendlier and more homely than in the usual chains. The mattress in the bed was far too soft for me personally, but the room was otherwise great. You felt like you were in a holiday apartment because everything wasn't too smooth and didn't look like a typical hotel room. Highly recommended. I didn't take advantage of breakfast, but I saw a lot of happy faces here too.The seminar rooms are great, as is the service there!

I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was very nice and large with a very comfortable four poster bed and a large bathroom. All floors are accessible by elevator. The service was also great. The breakfast was also very good and tasty. There are good restaurants nearby as well as supermarkets, bus services and subway stations. I can highly recommend this hotel.

We just arrived and the staff was arguing, very uncomfortable. The tone was set.The restaurant was not open for some mysterious reason. The breakfast staff were not helpful at all. I just asked the man at the counter to call a taxi, again very measuredly. The rooms are ok but small, no closet space and sloping ceilings which are not so easy. The products in the bathroom are really good!The location couldn't be better.

We booked two rooms, and both were beautifully designed. However, the rooms got quite warm at night, and the railing for the upstairs loft was loose, making it a bit challenging to go up.We were also unexpectedly charged a €50 early check-in fee, even though we checked in only about 10 minutes before the official time. This was surprising, as we had waited in the lobby until the receptionist said it was okay to check in. Unfortunately, we couldn’t discuss it at checkout, as part of our group was in a rush, so we simply requested an invoice for the entire stay, which we were told would be emailed to us.When the other party in our group checked out of the second room, they inquired about the fee, explained our situation, and were told by the receptionist that there must have been a mistake. The fee was waived for that room.Thinking it was an honest mistake, we emailed the hotel to resolve the issue, but received no response. We even tried contacting them through Booking.com, which attempted to reach the hotel without success. It’s now been about two months with no reply.After reading other reviews, we noticed that similar unexpected fees have been an issue for other guests as well. We’re no longer expecting a refund at this point; we just wanted to warn future guests about our experience.

Nice hotel, too bad the rooms for 4 have small bathrooms and a mezzanine in which you can't stand up.Other than that, it's a very nice hotel. A surprise awaits you in each room 🤫

I enjoyed my stay. The staff are excellent and very professional and helpful. The breakfast is really good. The rooms are really nice. I think it is a european thing but I would have liked to have a kettle in the room to make tea in the morning before breakfast.

We stayed here with family for 5 nights. In the entrance area of the hotel it smells like a sewer. Unfortunately, the rooms are totally rubbish for a 4 star hotel and for a price of just under €270 per night. The beds are completely worn out, the water in the sink hardly runs out at all and if you like narrow showers with a shower curtain - have fun in the hip hotel. Unfortunately, used dishes are not cleared away. We reported the above-mentioned deficiencies to reception several times, but unfortunately nothing happened. Hardly any sockets available.

We had a super great experience here. Despite arriving late in the evening with lots of luggage, Jonny and Mohammed went above and beyond to help us. They were incredibly accommodating and made sure we felt welcome right away. Highly recommend!

Very small room, small bathroom, staff tried hard but often overwhelmed. Too expensive for what is on offer...the breakfast was also disappointing. Too little choice, you had to ask for everything, "are there any rolls left?", "can I have some more scrambled eggs" I expected more for the price. Unusual concept, maybe at 50 I'm not part of the target group...

Very pretty, individually furnished rooms. Delicious breakfast. High-quality, really delicious smelling soaps etc. available in the bathroom. We were able to leave our luggage in the locker because we arrived early on the day of check-in. The child's highlight: the rubber animals laid out in the entrance area, which you could take with you free of charge.

I stayed with my husband at the end of September, and we had a nice stay. 4/5 because we had to pay $50 to check in early, even though the room was ready, and the rooms were small and didn't have AC. We booked one of the rooms with the loft and the swing because we thought we would have more space, but the swing was in the way and the loft was impractical unless maybe you have a kid who is old enough to climb the steep ladder. The lobby of the hotel was nice and so was the seating outside. I didn't love the location of the hotel- I didn't feel like there was a ton around it, and there's a strip club across the street which made for good people watching haha. The toiletries provided in the room were great, and there was an elevator which was also useful with our luggage.

A nice boutique style hotel in the centre of Berlin. The rooms are styled in the same boutique style as the rest of the hotel, and offer enough comfort. We had a problem with the shower not draining the water away quick enough, so the bathroom flooded. There is a small garden where you can chill. There is a restaurant in the hotel. Breakfast at the hotel is pretty expensive, but there are enough places in the area where you can have breakfast. Near the City Centre where you can find Berlin's tourist spots
