Parking money is taken by the person moving the carCheckin time given the wrong room and had to move. There were 2 orders but only 1 order was written so it took a long time to wait for a replacement room.

Everything is clean but gosh darn the mosqhitos are really annoying. I already sprayed some anti mosqito spray but still they are buzzing around. How the hell they can stayhere?

The location is strategic, the room is clean and smells good but there are lots of mosquitoes and when checking in the staff forgot to leave the cleaning equipment in the room, when ordering food the response was slow, the answer was very rude, it's enough to come here, if it wasn't because it was urgent, I wouldn't stay here.

If you look at this hotel from the outside, it looks like an ordinary hotel. But once you enter the room, it's better here than in other hotels. Affordable prices, rooms that feel like home. Very clean and comfortable, there is a large sliding door to the balcony.Close to Jl Burangrang and Lengkong, Bandung's culinary paradise.Near Braga and Bandung stations.The breakfast is also delicious.That's great...

The first impression you get from the front view is that it is not neat. From the parking lot, the landscaping and lighting cables seem messy, when you enter the lobby you are greeted with a cardboard mat, look to the right, there is a baby playground which seems random, with no barrier to the lobby. The interior decoration feels old school (not vintage). Both the lobby and the upper floors are dimly lit so they seem gloomy.We were served very kindly by the front office lady and other employees โค๏ธโค๏ธ, unfortunately we arrived at 14.30 but it turned out the room wasn't ready so we had to wait about 15 minutes.The condition of the room is quite comfortable, clean and smells good... the AC works well, aka it cools... ๐ However, the bathroom requires more effort because you can see black crusts in the corners and the legs of the toilet seat.Hopefully my input can be used as future improvements because Rizh Hotel has potential ๐๐(+) :- Friendly staff- Strategic location- Complete room amenities (TV, AC, hot water, toiletries, coffee, tea and heating kettle available)

The room is okay, but the bathroom is a bit dark, the atmosphere is like that, my suggestion is to change the light to a brighter one, my suggestion is a place for children to play, just make it a lobby

Strategic location, spacious clean fragrant rooms, good service, didn't expect to get such good service with a pocket friendly hotel room, very satisfied, nothing disappointed, the bathroom was spacious and fragrant. There is also a playground for children.

Overall, this hotel is very comfortable, there are games for small children when they enter the hotel lobby (in front of the reception). The room is complete (except for the bolster) ๐คฃ There is an electric thermos available so if you want coffee or tea it's practical. the hotel is fragrant, clean, comfortable, the rooms are also clean, fragrant, there are cupboards and dressing tables and TV. God willing, if I go to Bandung, I will book here againโบ๏ธ

Recommended even though it's 2nd class, strategic location, friendly and polite service, agile, only facilities are lacking, such as warm water wipes and spoons for mixing drinks, but it's okay, the place is clean, close to restaurants too
